The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

This is such a cute property to see. I needed the gate code to enter the farm and was immediately called back by one of the host and was given the gate code. I was confused about where to park I called the host again and she answered quickly and explained where to park and how to find the suite. It’s quiet and comfy. The bathrooms are to die for. They have the biggest shower ❤️I will be going back

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

We love staying here and have so many great family memories in this house! It feels like home away from home and we're excited to visit again. The house beautiful and the surroundings are, too.

It was a beautiful place. Lots of space and a peaceful place to sit and relax and enjoy the quiet area. Host were responsive and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out!

Charlie’s place was perfect! It can be easy to miss the house but the instructions to find it were really easy to follow. The house sits back in a more private space and was relatively quiet. The barn itself is super cute and rustic. I loved the traditional country feel. The location is right off of the main road near wrightsville beach so we were close enough to get to many things and the brewery is a short walk down the road!

We LOVED our time here. It was perfect. So peaceful. The cabin was so cozy and clean. It was decorated very cute. It had everything we needed. We loved it!! The owners were so nice and responsive. There was a boil water advisory while we were there (due to the floods), and they brought us bottled water. Definitely a place I want to come back to.

I love that something like this is available for rent in Corbin. I had no idea this little ranch was there! I travel to Corbin to visit family several times a year and it’s awesome that we can all stay together. I will definitely book again in the future!

Insanely amazing stay!! So peaceful and calm to be surrounded by such beautiful nature and animals all around you. Waking up to the cows was an amazing sight and great way to start the day. The hosts themselves were so friendly and helpful with all the recommendations, this place is worth it 110% I can’t wait to come back!

Had a great at Catherine‘s place for three days! The house is very comfortable, clean, and close to different restaurants/coffee shops/outdoor space. I appreciated the recommendations provided when I got to the house! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cute and quaint stay in the Richmond area!

We had a great stay here at the barn. Celebrated my husbands birthday & our 4 year anniversary together. We brought our 9 month old who had a great time as well! Super peaceful, beautiful barn. Directions were specific on how to get to the place, which made it easy to find. Although we only used the kitchen to make cinnamon rolls, it was fully stocked with dishes and even some spices & rice. Hot tub was great! And we loved the visits from the black & white cat!

Harper (Co Host) was very responsive. The location was great to access trails on horseback. Very welcoming!

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

We adored the Studio! Lovely outdoor deck and view with lots of white squirrel watching. The room is perfectly set and so comfortable. All linens, decor and equipment are tasteful and great quality. Plus we found breakfasts a big, delicious plus! Tracie and Daniel are great company and clearly exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting. Great option for Hampton since there are few hotels nearby. I would recommend to anyone who needs a nice clean place to stay.

We stayed at this adorable little farm house for two nights with three adults, 2 kids and 2 babies. There was plenty of room for all of us. The check in was easy, the house was very clean and nicely updated and decorated. The house is located towards the front of the property with plenty of privacy from the main house. The kids had a ball hiking the little tail out behind the house and walking barefoot through the sandy creek that borders the property. The hosts were extremely responsive, and very friendly. They even gave us a tour of the goat farm on the property. This was definitely a hi light for all of us especially our young kids. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb.

This was our 4th stay and we love coming back. My dog loves it here for many reasons including Jen and Katie, the Gator and the Milkbones! This trip was to celebrate her birthday weekend. She had a blast and I got my fix of nature, bright stars, animals and peace. This place is a treasure and it’s hosts are the best!

Wonderful, private getaway lots of deer and turkey to watch. Close to Fries, perfect place for us to stay for the New River Trail Race.

Aaron was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with from day one. He responded very quickly to questions. The accommodations were very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again.

Linda is such a gracious host. The place is just heavenly. She even went the extra mile and decorated for Valentine’s Day. Fresh flowers, candy, and wine! So thoughtful! This spot has an incredible view of the mountains. The BnB is stocked with anything you need which was so nice. Our niece and nephew loved all the stuff for kids. Thanks for an excellent stay!
