It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

Spend your days exploring nearby trails (.3 from Asutsi, 5 minutes from BRP) or Blowing Rock, then come back to grill, relax, or watch a movie on the TV. End the evening around the fire pit under the stars, with everything set up to make your stay feel easy.
