Great location. It is a historic home so the layout is a little weird but they did a good job of describing that. We did have an issue with the oven but they were quick to respond and did their best to rectify the issue. Other than that we loved the location. Gas stations are in walking distance. Cades cove isn’t far and neither is Gatlinburg.

We were taking a couple of days to celebrate my wife's birthday. This is a beautiful location and we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend.

We had a great time at the little white cottage! We came to visit Knoxville and Gatlinburg and this was the perfect location between the two. It was easy to find and conveniently located near a grocery store and places for food. The home was very clean and felt cozy yet minimal, which is exactly the vibe we like. The private yard was perfect for our kids to play and the hot tub was a nice amenity. Would recommended to any couple or family looking to visit the area!

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

Great Place to stay if you are visiting knoxville

The Little River Cottage is a peaceful and cute little cottage. We stay every year in Townsend and this was our favorite place so far. It's right by the river and very wooded, so it's a relaxing atmosphere. It is also a nice area to walk. There are a couple of foot bridges close and they lead to a multi use trail that goes through Townsend. We are looking forward to staying there again.

House was exactly as described, tucked away in a nice neighborhood in Maryville. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

I would highly recommend this place for its location, serenity and cleanliness. It was immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated. The linens were also unexpected, and of great quality. Location wasn’t far from town yet secluded in a wooded environment. More beautiful than the photos could show.

This farm cottage was absolutely adorable!! I lived in Sevier County and was between homes so needed a place for about a week during the transition for spring break and this home was perfect! The kids loved playing with the animals in the field right next to us and the pond just behind the barn was so convenient for my son to go fishing everyday. Inside the home, the feeling was comfortable and inviting. Everything was very clean and well put together with plenty of dishes, linens and all the necessities needed. Almost all of the furniture was antique and was very well taken care of and I couldn’t believe how great of a condition it was all in. The property is located away from the busy tourist area so you can relax and enjoy your quiet surroundings but still only be about 20 minutes to attractions if you’re coming to the area for that. The hosts were very responsive and super sweet. I will definitely stay here again and again when I am back in the area, it truly was a treat❤️
