The Darling of Blackwell

Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated place. Enjoy the porch swing out front porch, or the covered back patio. It has a full kitchen (granite countertops) with a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. It is perfect for a short or long term stay. The beds and pillows are extra comfy, and this home has all the extras that you might need such as a Keurig, BBQ Grill, toaster oven, and more. There is a park close by within walking distance which is perfect for young kids.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

The home is a single level home, there are steps upon entry into the home and into the garage where a full washer and dryer are available. The high speed wifi is set up and ready for all your needs. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, & business travelers. Within 30min of 6 casinos. There are 2 connecting properties (ManCave & BunkHouse) if there is a large group. 5 Queens, 3 Twins No extra charge for cleaning.

While outside enjoy the 12X30 deck with a grill, patio table and chairs as well as a chiminea. There are games to play, books to read, and tools if needed during your stay.
