My guests had a lovely time in the property. It was as described and perfect for a family reunion while celebrating my sister’s wedding. The kitchen amenities were fantastic for cooking at home. And both the indoor and outdoor lounge spaces were lovely for chatting. When we asked for more towels they were brought at the next opportunity. The only issue was that the bathroom door got stuck 3 times which was a bit scary for my Mum and Aunt.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s home! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a fantastic location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Susan was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! Thank you 😊

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Upon entering, we melted into the nurturing aroma of retreat and relaxation. Warm, bright with big sunny windows, cozy beds. Beautiful yard and trees. We left feeling rejuvenated.

Beautiful views with great beach access. Photos online are accurate. Very modern and clean house with all amenities you could possibly need. Tennis court was great and even my dogs loved chasing the balls around the court. Very secure for any size dog. Unfortunately they had a problem with the heating prior to our arrival which couldn’t be fixed in time. They gave us plenty of firewood to compensate. Because of this, when it was cloudy and cold outside, the house was really hard to heat up. Especially down stairs. At one point during our stay we ran out of firewood which was quickly replenished. We were very happy that they were able to so quickly. The microwave and dishwasher were not easy to operate. Some simple clear instructions would have been helpful. The online manual was available but hard to understand. 🤷‍♀️. These are small things. I would definitely go back. Everything we could have asked for and more (except for the heating issue). We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Accommodation was exactly as advertised. Location was a brisk walk from the local shops and pier. Plenty of amenities to keep the family and friends occupied. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place. Her home was so beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Walking distance to beach and shops. Loved it so much have booked again already! Thanks so much Claire for a wonderful family holiday!

We had a beautiful Autumn stay in this property. Walking distance to the beach and 7 minute drive to St Leonards and Port Arlington. The house was lovely and modern with so many extra features. We loved that the kitchen was so well appointed. Lots of space so no one was on top of each other. The primary bedroom was a luxury get away on its own. The host was very prompt with her responses, and some homely touches provided. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed Generous on providing toiletries, towels n bed sheets . The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, close to beach 900 meters.]. Shane’s place was perfect for our needs as a group of 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and condiments, and plenty of room for everyone to find a space to relax - the kids loved the outside den. Shane’s communication was great and he was super helpful when one of the kids left a precious toy behind. Great central location a few minutes walk to the strip and beach.
