We enjoyed our weekend stay. It was close enough that we didn’t feel like we had to travel a long distance to get to local restaurants or attractions, but far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful. The upstairs bedroom was a little colder than anticipated, so extra blankets or a space heater of some kind would’ve been nice, but overall a very nice and cozy place to stay! Plus, we stayed during a huge snow and the temps outside were extremely low, which probably added to the chill. The host is super quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Never had to say, I wish I'd brought that, seemed to have everything we needed and was a relaxing place, very nice back yard with fire pit, fence nice and secure allowing us to feel comfortable letting the dogs run around.

Scott was a great host before during and after. Always in contact. His place is peaceful and just perfect for our family

One of my employees stayed to complete work on the Lost Island Theme Park. This place was perfect! Great location and was easy to get to the amusement park. Fantastic communication with the hosts! Very responsive to questions and extremely helpful as well. Everything needed and more was provided to stay in this lovely home. Super easy check in too! We are often in the area for work and will definitely be staying at Judy's place in the future. Wonderful hosts and great home! Highly recommend!

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve stayed at - everything was thought through from towel hooks in the bathroom, the washer/dryer area, and the furniture. Very spacious as well. For nearby spots, highly recommend: Fresh bread (pitas in particular) from EuroFresh Burger from Big Head Burgers The Cedar Valley Sportsplex for working out Ribs from Highway 63 Diner

This was a great place and felt like home. It was very clean and had all the modern amenities you would need for an extended stay, which I did. It’s about half a mile to the great restaurants and bars on beautiful Main Street downtown Cedar Falls. Bed was comfy and the den was perfect for watching some March Madness. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. I’d stay here again next time I’m back in the Cedar Valley.

This is a great and comfort place to stay! My sisters and I were getting together for a night of relaxation and a simple night of playing cards. We thought it was very clean, well kept. It has everything you need to make a stay perfect.

It’s very convenient and is worth the stay if you are a traveling medical professional. Price is right!

I used the fitness center and laundry/dryer on premise. Extremely helpful to have onsite. Will stay here again when in town.

The host, Denise, was great to work with. She is very responsive and did everything she could to ensure a great stay. The rental was great. The entire property was well-kept. It's in walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was a great experience.

Nice tiny apartment in a great location. It is near everything you could need. The apartment is small, but well equipped for a short stay. Denice is a fantastic host! She is super responsive and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure everything was great for me. My only complaint was the internet was a bit spotty at times. I work remotely, and it didn’t cause any real problems, but it was a bit annoying with video calls. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Great tiny hotel perfect for people on a budget who need a very clean comfortable and quiet place to stay. Just was very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly was great for our fur babes.

Room was just as described. Clean and we had everything we needed. The soundproofing seemed solid as we didn’t hear any of the neighboring rooms. The parking lot was a little rough and there was very little landscaping, but the patio area was nice and they’re landlocked as far as areas to landscape. Check in and out was a breeze and this was great for the value to attend a weekend long college class and I appreciated it being dog friendly!

Highly recommend this lovely space. great set up and lovely yard! perfect for our family to spread out in the dual living spaces !

We are a XI Zeta Sigma women group from Ackley, IA. This was a great house for our group! We enjoyed shopping and the Brewing Co along with shopping in surrounding communities! Had good intentions of utilizing the walking path but never fit into our busy schedule. Some of the gals brought out their younger self and brushed up on Pac Man!

Very relaxing, lovely, and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect, very clean, open space and no clutter. The backyard is very spacious, my dogs greatly enjoyed running around back there. Highly recommend place. I would gladly rent again for a few nights.

We enjoyed our stay at Breann's last weekend to attend a wedding in Iowa. It accommodated our family of 7 well and was spacious and well furnished. The view from the upper level was amazing. It was like we were dwelling at the top of the trees and had a "bird's eye" view. Lovely. Very nice hot tub.
