Located 90 minutes outside the Portland/Vancouver area make it perfect for a weekend getaway or a special weeks vacation. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventures, or relaxing in the hammock listening to the birds, the river is the perfect location to get away from the outside world. Puget island is a farming community in the middle of the river, with outdoor adventures from your door steps.

The Cabin

Whimsical cabin in the woods! This tiny house is 288 square feet on one floor. It has a queen size murphy "bed in a box." It boasts a full size bathroom and kitchen. Like many rural tiny homes, the unit is equipped with a composting toilet. As an option there is also a portable toilet adjacent to the cabin. Nestled in the foothills of the Tillamook Forest, the cabin is on a beautifully forested property with gardens, decks, trails, etc. A private drive & ample parking round out the amenities.

The Hidden House Bungalow Bed & Breakfast

The Bungalow is 10 min to I-5, 12 to Castle Rock one way, Longview the other. Just over 1 hr to the coast, Mt St Helens, Mt Hood & Portland. River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.
