We stayed here for 17 nights, we think this room is perfect place for tourists. The location is great and very quiet, clean. Hosts are very kind. I usually go to Truong dai hoc nhan van by walk. It takes 10~15min. I highly recommend someone who will visit Tp. HCM. to stay here.

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

Duck"s unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared. We got lucky, he put us on high floor and spacious unit. Duck was very helpful, finding us a new place when our flight got moved to the next day. He also sent his employee to help us moving.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Great host, easy check in, smooth sailing

This has been my best stay in HCMC so far! Apartment is awesome, has a great view and is located in the best area of HCMC - Thao Dien, with so many things to do around it. The pool and gym are also good and the mall is just 20 meters away. Uyen has been super helpful and responsive all the time.

4박 5일간 이용했는데 숙소는 매우 쾌적하고 넓습니다. 1군으로 가는 데 3km정도로 그랩타고 다녀서 매우 가깝고 주변에 k마트 편의점 과일가게들이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 스마트tv 냉장고 세탁기가 있으며, 샤워호스도 필터가 꽂혀있어 매우 만족스러웟습니다. 다음에도 호치민에 오게되면 꼭 오고싶은 숙소입니다.
