I really love this place. Rooms are spacious. I like that it is ground level since we have kids and it feels safer. The host is very helpful and friendly. She is always responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to come back to this place again when we are in Vietnam. Thank you Jennifer!

his place was luterally a God sent answer as I was havibg a hard time to find a good place to stay. it is in a secured neighborhood, and his place itself is very well secured, clean and very worth the price. I like the interior too as its Ikea inspired. He and his wife are also very responsive and very helpful- really super nice. I will book again when I come back to HCM. Definitely a super host!

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme à la maison. Notre hôte a été pro-actif et très réactif à la moindre question. Notre arrivée s'est faite en parfaite autonomie et l'appartement est très bien équipé. J'ai apprécié tous les petits extras (bombonne d'eau potable, dentifrice, savon, gel douche, shampooing, mouchoirs, papier toilette, ...) qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps à notre arrivée et ne pas avoir à courir dans un supermarché. La piscine et l'aire de jeux pour enfants étaient facile d'accès. Le logement est aussi très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport et la circulation dense. L'emplacement est central, dans un quartier résidentiel propre et animé. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes, 2 jeunes enfants de 3 et 7 ans) pendant 5 nuits et nous y retournerons certainement avant notre voyage retour. Nous recommandons pleinement le logement de Tung!

Great location and great apartment!! The washing machine and washer was very convenient. There are a lot of food shops around the area. We would definitely stay here again :)

It was a very safe place and clean nice security everywhere in the middle of the night I wasn’t feeling well there was pharmacy in the building . Also i needed to be close to the airport because it was independence day and so crowded in the city

会社にとても近いこと、スーパーがあること、また洗濯機もあり長期滞在しやすかったです。そして治安もよく安心して過ごせました。

A convenient location to the airport in a nice building with a bunch of food, coffee and tea nearby.

The stay was one of the best we’ve had in the month we stayed in Vietnam, the location was beautiful, the host was responsive and helpful. The overall area is fantastic, would definitely recommend as there was a lot of space and we had 7 people

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.

The place is clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store right at the gate entrance, and restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Short wait for Grab cars that pick us up right at the building entrance. Highly recommended.
