Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep after a busy day. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. A relaxing stay, we would happily stay here again!

The building is a little bit worn out but the interior and the space is very nice. There was a long wait for the check out but the host responds so fast all the time. I would like to make another reservation for the next trip. Tq

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

房源在一个很local的区域，你可以深入感受到当地人的生活。房东和她的姐姐非常热情漂亮，他们还有一只很可爱的狗，谢谢房东请我吃水果，甚至在早上为我做了美味的鸡肉米粉和咖啡。

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

Great place to stay in district 1 close by to a lot of good food places

The place is a full penthouse located at the 12th floor of grand riverside complex. The complex itself was very niche with sophisticated residents. The complex also has a convenience store at the ground floor and a 24x7 reception. The guards were really helpful and the staff as well.

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!

This is a very beautiful apartment, beautifully maintained with good facilities. Cozy, clean bedroom. Beautiful view , with no disturbance once you are in the apartment. You can surely take for safe, cozy and comfortable stay. Things to note : There is no complimentary drinking water. The host is very strict with check out timing so give clarity om your check out time. Luggage can be kept for extra time but will be charged on hourly basis. It's better to bring universal adaptors as you will charging points to be loose for indian mobile chargers.

Lisa was a very welcoming host and my trip went very smoothly. A wonderful place, very clean and spacious.

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

Un agréable séjour chez Delasol, grand studio moderne, bien agencé avec tout le confort et sa petite terrasse. Le complexe est super avec ses 2 piscines, terrasses, jardin et coin travail très reposant. Delasol est un hôte charmant, gentil, serviable et très réactif. Le seul point un peu négatif c’est le quartier autour du complexe. Je recommande Delasol à tous les voyageurs. Une belle expérience Merci 🙏🏻

예약한 숙소 전기에 문제가 있어 다른 숙소를 이용했는데 방 컨디션은(위치, 방, 화장실 등) 동일하게 좋았습니다. 호스트님은 질문에 즉각 대응해주셨고 수건도 매일 교체 해주셨습니다. 거실, 방에 에어컨이 각각 있어 투숙 하는동안 시원했습니다. 4군에 위치해 있어 1군, 2군하고는 거리가 좀 있지만 그부분은 알고 예약한것이고 그랩 이용이 편리하여 이동하는데 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 주변에 호치민 여행 가는 사람 있으면 추천해줄게요~
