There aren’t adequate words to say for Troy’s place! It is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. He has done an excellent job of decorating and proving necessities for a stay. The beds were very comfortable. Be easy with the heat… it feels amazing on my feet (floor heated) but it will warm up very well… cools off slowly. I just wished I had planned on staying longer. Definitely #1 on our list.

A very beautiful home by the lakeside. It has spectacular views of the mountians. Very cozy and comfortable with all the requirements a family would need. My husband, who does all the cooking, claimed it was one of the best kitchen he had seen so far. Our 8 year loved the Playstation that was made available. Strongly recommend Ryan's home to anyone who wants to spend quality family time. Ryan was very responsive to all our queries. He even gave us good recommendations for our winter activities and they were spot on. We will definitely stay here when we visit Anchorage again.

We had a fabulous time at Steven’s Lake. This cabin was like our own resort on the lake when we came back from our daily adventures. Ben is super responsive and provides everything to make you feel at home - and then some. Great communication and smooth checkin and check out. Area is great for access to Denali, Talkeetna, or Anchorage. We loved our stay.

Most expensive but biggest and nicest Airbnb around. This is our second time here because we liked it so much. No snow in March this year but we ice skated and biked.

Overall an awesome experience. I forgot to reach out and see if we could check in a little early, since our flight landed around 1, and as soon as the plane hit ground they’d already reached out & asked when we’d be checking in. They pulled the grill out of the way when wind warnings got super high, and even reached out when we forgot a jacket & offered to mail it. Luckily, we hadn’t left town yet & they put it on the grill outside for an easy pickup. They offered to let us stay longer if needed, since we were in town for a family emergency, just overall a nice place & really good people. 10/10 would recommend.

What a great place to stay with great access to Kincaid Park. The house is really nice and has comfortable furniture and beds. There are nice common areas to hang out in, and a well equipped kitchen.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! If you’re looking for a local getaway, look no further than this home is lakefront with tons of amenities! Our host cody, went so above and beyond to prepare this home for our stay. He was able to have a pack and play for us and knowing we were traveling with little ones, he baby proofed the home so we literally had nothing at all to worry about. His proactive attention to detail, thoughtfulness and perfectly appointed cabin made this weekend getaway so memorable for our family. We left a few items behind and he went out of his way to ensure the items got back to us. I cannot recommend this property enough. Summer, winter or anytime in between- this home has something to enjoy for everyone! Big thank you to Cody for all the care you took for our stay, and for preparing such a beautiful home and property and opening it up for guests to enjoy. We are already looking forward to the next time we stay here again! 😎🤩😍🛶🦢

This is the third cabin of the hosts Kathy and Martin this summer I’ve had the chance to stay in! This one, like the others was perfectly clean, beautiful and homey. I absolutely love staying on this property and highly recommend to anyone visiting Alaska! Well worth it- the view, solitude and gorgeous private lake are always keeping me at peace. Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

Beautiful home and spacious space! We loved that it felt a little out of the way but wasn’t too far for us to go from Anchorage base. Property was amazing!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay! The house is very inviting and clean with a fabulous kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the space is well laid out. The lake view is spectacular and we all enjoyed playing on the provided kayaks. We loved the supplied coffee, tea, puzzles, and games. We stayed here as a central location to visit Talkeetna, summer dog "sledding" and UTV in Willow, and the reindeer farm and farmers market in Palmer - a great central location or a fun place to hang out on the lake.

Lovely place! Linda and Rick were so friendly and helpful. They are experts of surrounding exploration and fishing. They provided a lot of useful information touring around Anchorage. 100% recommend!

The cabin by the lake was absolutely perfect. Home was very clean, comfortable and well appropriated. Matched the description perfectly. We stayed 8 days due to a medical procedure at the hospital. Our favorite features include the distance to the hospital, very quiet secure location with view of the lake. We have and will continue to refer this property to others. We will also stay there for future trips to town. Everything was awesome. 5 stars for sure.

Jenny's place is clean, quiet, well-equipped and beautiful! the location is very close to downtown Anchorage, has access to restaurants, the lagoon is only a couple minutes away, and the neighborhood overall is very walkable. I'd love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, not too far from hospitals or Ak airlines center. Definitely had the privacy although you are connected with their house. It has all the essentials in the kitchen to cook meals. Turning on the electric fireplace to set the ambiance and right temp of your liking during winter months was a bonus! As we have our own fire stove, this was home away from home. We were allowed to have a dinner with extended family and that was perfect! Thank you so much Nathalie!!!

I loved this lakefront cabin. It is just minutes from Three Bears general store/grocery store in Big Lake, but quiet and so relaxing. Host thought of everything, plus checked in with me to be sure everything was going well. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. It is spotless, virtually brand new. The lake view is of a quiet cove. Plus the bed was super comfy. Really can not wait to book again this summer.
