A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. Enjoy a game of ping pong, pool or cozy up by the firepit!! Perfect for fishing!!

We try to work from home when hosting, but please understand you may see us during your stay. We always alert the guest before entry. The offices are locked off from the main entrance.

Rough River Lake Area, Cozy, peaceful apartment, in a Christian community, in McDaniel's, KY. Near Rough River State Park. Campgrounds nearby, 60 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park. Lake beaches nearby. 45 minutes from Glendale. There is not room for boats or trailers, only for two vehicles per apartment. An elevated camping “glamping” experience. This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Enjoy our large covered patio where u can see and hear the water…it has a smart tv, pellet/gas grill, outdoor games & lots of seating! You’ll see why it’s our guest favorite spot!

Cozy waterfront home on Rough River! Snuggle up & enjoy this peaceful escape with a covered back porch overlooking nature & the river. If you like to fish, we have a fish cleaning station in the backyard to prepare the catch! We have a BBQ gas grill & a fire pit for you. The home is purposely equipped for a couples retreat offering only one bedroom for a romantic getaway!
