JS3 is situated in a prime spot, conveniently close to key landmarks and the vibrant heart of Albay. I loved that I could walk to nearby markets and restaurants, yet still enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the apartment. The combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality made it a memorable experience. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again on my next visit to Bicol, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit! It had everything I needed — complete amenities that made it feel just like home. I especially loved the refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks at very affordable prices — such a thoughtful touch. The place is quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the water dispenser, strong WiFi, and the TV with Netflix for winding down in the evenings. The only small issue I had was with the drinking glass, which looked a bit greasy, so I didn’t use it. But aside from that, everything was great! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

This was my first time booking a place in Naga City, and it exceeded my expectations for accommodations in my hometown. The unit was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, and its location near the centro and plaza made it easy to get around, especially for commuters. Very convenient place to stay and close to everything and host and caretakers were good too

The place is centrally located. All the staff at the lobby was very helpful and always smiling. It's our first time to use Airbnb and it was great. Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to restaurant. It was truly a pleasure. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
