Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als wie auf den Bildern, und sehr sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet innen wie die Terrasse. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub braucht auch das Frühstück war auch super. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

We had a great time in Kalkan, Deniz was a great host, we didn’t get to meet him but the communication was really easy. whenever we had questions, we asked for more blankets for example as it gets quite cold at night in April, he helped us out immediately. Great place to stay for 8 people or more if you’re willing to sleep on a couch. The pool was great and really clean, would go there again 5/5

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

We had an unforgettable stay at this private wonderland! The stunning views were breathtaking, and the villa felt like a serene escape from the world. The hosts were always responsive and super helpful whenever we needed anything, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. They also provided loads of great local recommendations, which helped us make the most of our stay. The property itself was perfectly suited for families, spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. There's a lovely village nearby with some great amenities, but for more extensive shopping or exploration, we found having a car was essential – the closest city is about 45 minutes away. With a vehicle you can truly make the most of the area's beauty and attractions. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone! We can’t wait to return! Dreaming about the garden everyday!

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. A fabulous villa on a private community above Kalkan. Great views of the bay. Great amenities. A lovely pool and tidy garden. There on site restaurant and 25 metre pool were a big attraction for us. The only minor issue we had was the stray dogs - they chewed things that were left out and stole a shoe. (which the staff on the estate found).

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

Kagan was a wonderful host. He met us upon checkin to answer all of our questions and give us a tour of the rooms and amenities. He was also very helpful with guidance on things to do in the area and where to eat, taking into account our personal preferences. The house is stunning and homey. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need - we felt right at home! The only issue we had was some electrical outages at different points during the trip, but Kagan was very responsive and rectified each issue as soon as he could. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Our stay at this villa was nothing less than absolutely amazing! Impeccably clean, beautifully designed, comfortable and the views were breathtaking! We would spend hours outside by the beautiful infinity pool just taking in the spectacular view. We were warmly welcomed by the kind, friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He was very quick to respond to messages which we appreciated. The amenities in this villa was fantastic and thought was put into every small thing to ensure your stay here is comfortable. This was an incredibly unforgettable holiday and our stay at this perfect villa will be forever etched in our memories for life. We can’t wait to book again soon for another stay InshaAllah. Gayet memnun kaldik , temizlik cok iyiydi , evde her detay dusunulmus, ulasimi kolay, market vs yakin. Havuz ve manzara cok guzeldi. Tek eksigi sineklik yoktu bu sebeple biraz zorlandik onun haricinde cok keyifli vakit gecirdik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Herşey kusursuz ve son derece temiz düzenliydi. Sunulan imkanlar kesinlikle evin ücretini hallediyor. Profesyonel bir deneyim yaşadık.

Konforlu 10 kişi çok rahat ettik. Manzara süper. Sakin sessiz. Havuz temiz ve büyük. Villanın konumu Kalkan a 10 dk. uzaklıkta. Kaputaş plajına çok yakın. Kaş a 25 dk uzaklıkta. Yollar yokuşlu ama sıkıntı olmuyor. Huzurlu,dinlenmiş ve mutlu bir şekilde tatilimizi sonlandırdık. Teşekkürler.

Mines villa Bella mare is truly stunning. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Mine was so helpful and went the extra mile in every way, she was a truly incredible and sweet host. I spent my wedding week here with a group of friends and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The infinity pool and top floor hot tub are an added bonus. The villa is perfectly located, super clean, beautifully decorated and arguably has the best view in Kalkan. So close to the town and local supermarkets. It was the best week for us all. I highly recommend staying at this villa you will have the best time.

Magical location with breathtaking views. Villa Poseidon felt like home so it was very hard to leave it at the end of a 9-day stay. The house has beautiful architecture and a few details that give it a special character. Yusuf is the caretaker of the property and can assist with water deliveries, maintenance and restaurant recommendations. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook your own meals if you don't want to eat out every day like we did. We even grilled using a gas grill outside of the kitchen. There is also a charcoaI grill in the lower garden. If you want to try a good a good turkish breakfast go to the Olive Garden Kaş Kahvalti. Nur Pastanesi and Hira Pastanesi for baklava and O'lala bakery for éclairs. Hope I can come back again next year!

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It is in a great location with local beaches and restaurants close by. We did have a car which in my opinion was crucial since we drove everyday into Kas. It's a quiet neighbourhood and despite being semi-detached the occupants next door were respectful (even during the Euro's and the Turkey game!). There are local public beaches and hotels where you can access the sea - although the hotels make you pay for a sun lounger (300 - 500 lira per person). The villa has everything you need. The only thing I would improve is the provision of swimming pool and beach towels. There were none despite the photos. I had asked Lindsay whether the villa had towels but she didn't reply (she also took a while to change my booking despite repeated messages). I took beach throws as a precaution and am thankful that I did! Its not ideal to pack towels on a flight when luggage space is limited. The housekeeper is amazing, always available and super help!

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

Gayet temiz ve düzenli bir evdi. Engin Bey çok nazik, yardımsever ve anlayışlıydı. Konumu gayet güzeldi. Market, cafe ve restoranlar yakındı. Merkeze çok uzak da değildi. Sessiz huzur doluydu. Korunaklı olması çok iyiydi her şekilde çok rahat bir tatildi. Biz eşimle çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ve önerimdir. Teşekkür ederiz Engin Bey.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.
