Very clean apartment , nice people very welcoming ,next neighbor is little bit annoying they were complaining about noises even talking on phone

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and felt very secure. The host was amazing—communicated quickly and was very friendly. The location was convenient, and the space was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was an incredible stay at Mr. Sedat’s place. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the area. Mr. Sedat was really responsive and helpful during our stay, we didn’t have any problems, 5/5!

Our stay at Elit Palace was fantastic. The place was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Mr. Sedat, was very responsive and ensured a smooth stay! A special shoutout to Bashir, the Guest Relations Manager, who took such great care of us and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with Marmarapark Alışveriş and Akbatı AVM just a 6-minute drive away. Akbatı even has an indoor tennis court. Many Baklava stores are within walking distance, and Migros and Happy Center are open until 10 PM for groceries. There are also three ATM machines by the parking entrance for easy withdrawals in USD or TL. For food, "EMİR BURGER" is a 10-minute walk away, and "Hafize Topal Güzellik Salonu" is nearby for hair and nail care. Alcohol stores, "Tekel Shop," are just 2 minutes' walk and stay open late, even on weekends. We felt at home and would definitely return if Sedat would have us :) Highly recommend it!

Yasin bey çok ilgili bir evsahibiydi, giriş sürecinden çıkış sürecine kadar herşeyle ilgilendi. Ev tertemiz ve fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz

Вилата изглеждаше така както на снимките, стаите са просторни с красива гледка към морето. Ясин беше много отзивчив, беше на разположение когато имаше нужда. Помогна ни с номер за транспорт до центъра на Истанбул. Единствената би препоръка е да има заредени в къщата метла, допълнително чували за боклук и тоалетна хартия. Престоят ни беше чудесен и препоръчваме вилата.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

The location is simply unbeatable—situated in a peaceful, green area, yet just steps away from every shop and convenience imaginable : easy access to everything we needed while enjoying complete tranquility. The villa itself was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was carefully considered. The heated pool was an absolute delight. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the owners. They were some of the kindest and most accommodating hosts we have ever met. Always ready to help with anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless experience. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Istanbul, this villa is an absolute gem! A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so incredible! We cannot wait to come back.

the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Le logement était propre, confortable, chaleureux et il y avait tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. On se sentait comme à la maison. Et M. Tefo a été très avenant, amical et toujours disponible. Les instructions étaient claires, l'appartement est facile à trouver. L'emplacement est super, metrobüs juste à côté et centres commerciaux a quelques minutes a pied. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
