This is my second time staying at Tano‘s place. I’m a big fan! It’s clean and quiet and well appointed and in an ideal location for my favorite part of Santa Monica. Hope to stay there again!

Lovely place to stay and great location. Host was super sweet and gave us all sorts of recommendations. Short walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Street parking was easy for us during our time there with their permit. There is also a garage pass for a garage that’s less than a block away if street parking is hard to find but we didn’t need to use that option. They have bikes and bike locks provided that ran great for our rides up and down the beach.

Excellent place, prime location, nice secure condo building. Host was very communicative and flexible with our check in process.

This was our second stay here and just like the first time, it was perfect. Super easy from start to finish, very convenient, walkable to gorgeous ocean view walks and restaurants and coffee and anything we could want. We highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be returning.

Loved it! Could hear the ocean waves. Minimal noise from The Village despite how close. I felt right at home. Soft, comfy bed. Easy to walk everywhere. I am already thinking about the next trip to RB and hopefully can stay here again 🌞👍🏼💕

Great place awesome location Nik was a good host

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

Danny was an amazing host, and this place is wonderful. Our family felt right at home and enjoyed every sunset for the week we were here. Danny was so kind, generous, and thoughtful -- we would absolutely come back here again and recommend it highly to any and everyone visiting the area.

A unique and lovely house close to the action but in a peaceful setting. The front garden is a magical oasis that I did not want to leave. House had everything you need for a great stay.

Perfection! 10/10. I have literally never stayed at such a phenomenal place with such a fantastic location. I couldn’t believe it. It’s usually one or the other. This place literally has it all. This is the gold standard for every short term rental. 30 second walk to shops/coffee/restaurants. Near the beach but not grimy or sandy miraculously. Private parking. Separate entrance for our au pair’s separate studio for her privacy. Nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Laundry detergent provided. Amazing upstairs suite perfect for working and parent hang out space. Newly renovated, clean feeling. Private enclosed front yard for young kids to play. Private upstairs balcony for parents. 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms so our boys didn’t have to share bedrooms or bathrooms. We may choose to make the trip again just because this rental literally has it all and we were amazed!!! Awesome hosts as well. Very communicative, easy locking code doors. Thank you so much!!

angela went above and beyond to accommodate the repeatedly changing dates of my business trip, it was super helpful. i loved that the beach was so close (3 min by walk). i really felt like at home - thank you for welcoming to your place.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

We had a fantastic stay in Manhattan Beach! The space was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable: walkable to shops, restaurants, and just steps from the beach. The ocean view was stunning, and the sound of the waves was like having a built-in sound machine — so relaxing. Everything was clean, from the linens to the towels, and the home felt welcoming and well cared for. We’d love to come back!

Coni was absolutely welcoming and very accommodating while me and my family stayed for the kid’s birthday weekend! We even walked into a cute birthday ballon she left in the dining area. The Mermaid Manor is such a little gem that I’m so happy we found! Coni had everything we needed, including the giant smores’ sticks that of course the kids were super excited about! Oh and let’s not forgot the cute outdoor shower! Highly recommend! Coni is awesome and made everything super easy! We would definitely recommend!!

Great stay. Irene was quick to reply when having questions. Would stay again. The place was always cool, even without the air on. Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood.

Très bien pour un séjour à petit prix. C’est un quartier tranquille. Place de parking protégée par un portail. Il y a un grand lit ainsi qu’un lit simple situé dans un garde-robe. À noter, il n’y a pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain, le lavabo est dans la chambre, ce qui n’était pas clair dans les photos.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Great beachfront condo with immaculate views and walkable to Manhattan beach shops and restaurants.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!
