Ev tertemiz geniş ferah, ev içinde her şey düşünülmüş konmuştu, ikramlar da koymuş sağ olsun. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim hem ev hem ev sahibinden yana 0 sıkıntı.

Настоящий пример того, каким должен быть опыт на Airbnb! Ekrem встретил меня глубокой ночью — в 4 утра, за что ему отдельная благодарность. Заселение прошло безупречно. Он познакомил меня со своим очаровательным котом и показал просторную квартиру, размеры которой приятно удивили. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная кровать, уютный балкон и все нужные бытовые мелочи. Атмосфера очень теплая и домашняя. Если снова окажусь в Стамбуле — обязательно выберу это место. 10 из 10: и хозяину Ekrem, и квартире, и, конечно, его коту. Однозначно рекомендую!

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

I am very glad for our decision to stay here and have Onur as our host. The flat was exactly as show on the pictures; super clean and pristine; and the location is probably the best if you intend to stay away from the jungle that is Istanbul. We found Besiktas to be a great area to stay with lots of shops, small cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall an excellent experience enhanced by having our host’s enthusiasm when showing us the flat and what we should do in Istanbul in order to make the best of our time there.

They were always helpful and carried the water for me. The place is located near some nice restaurants and hospitals. Walking is flatter and easier. The apartment is on the first floor so access is easy.

Thank you so much, Tansel, for this cozy and warm home that you created. Had an amazing time there. The area is great close to everything on the European side and at the same time calm and peaceful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. We spent great 1,5 months there and will definitely rent it again when come to Istanbul. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Location is prime, everything around by walking, no need for transportation. Metro station few steps away, beds are very comfy & the host is responsive & helpful.

It was such a beautiful experience to spend 10 days in this beautiful apartment. We felt at home. Kenan was such an amazing host, so proffessional and helping. He was always available to our questions throughout our stay. I recommend him and the apartment hundred percent. :) I cant wait to be back to this apartment! We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
