I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. This place was absolutely superb. It fit our needs perfectly and we did not wanna leave. Lol. It’s pretty close for Uber rides or if you’re drinking and don’t wanna drive the Uber rides were pretty cheap specially with 12 girls. It’s a delight and the hosts are great. Thank you for such a great stay.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

We have just spent 2 nights at this lovely air BnB and I would definitely recommend for people who are looking to stay out the way of broadway for a more quiet and relaxing stay. The place was spotless and it looks exactly like the photos! It looks a lot bigger in real life too. Great food nearby including five points pizza which was great! Would definitely stay again.

Our trip to Nashville started out with unforeseen circumstances due to problems with another Airbnb that we booked. Luckily Lacey took us in at the last minute and we couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with us during the process. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Excellent communication! I can't say enough about the house! It was more than enough space for the five of us during our stay. The view from the roof top decks was amazing! You could tell right away that EVERYTHING was cleaned!! It was spotless! When we return to Nashville, we will be staying at one of her properties. Thanks for everything!!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's place. She was very proactive with communication and the house was exactly as advertised. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was very nice! Clean and modern and had everything we needed. There a lot of rules that made us feel a little scared to really do or move anything with in the house but it is understandable.

We loved our stay here! Walls were filled with local history and it was amazing to see how many country legends lived in this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, hosts are so knowledgeable about the area, and we loved the tribute to Robert's Western World. Will DEFINITELY book again 🪕

Easy stay and not far from places in Nashville

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great location, easy uber ride to downtown, never difficult for drivers to locate us. Beds were so comfortable! Enjoyed our long weekend in Nashville!

The unit was beautiful and very convenient for accessing Broadway and 12south which are very popular tourist locations in Nashville. Ms. Dorinda was available and quick to respond during our stay. Would definitely stay here for future trips!

Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Our family stayed here twice. The location is great - close to Vanderbilt university, and decor is like at a designer hotel. But unlike a designer hotel there is plenty of space for a big family. We loved the house and will definitely return again!

I enjoyed my stay in Nashville! It was a private cozy location that was close enough to downtown to enjoy the quiet after a long day out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Nashville.

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!
