Crossroads of New England - private room & bath

Location offers easy access to Boston (35 miles east), Worcester (10 miles west) and easy highway access to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island. Wooded trails out back lead to 300+ acre pond and Westborough Charm Bracelet trails. Sunny south-facing bedroom with adjoining private bath. Train to Boston is a 1/2 mile walk. Note that the bed frame in the photo broke, and the mattress (brand new) is on the floor. Guests have said it is very comfortable but it is lower than the photo.

Relax and enjoy four seasons of beauty on Bare Hill Pond in Harvard, MA! Nearby are conservation trails, Prospect Hill, and a cozy general store. Located on the lower level of our family home is a private unit with kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with queen bed, and full bathroom. There's radiant heat, polished concrete floors and a gas fireplace. The patio is perfect for morning coffee, chilling, grilling and cocktails at sunset. Linens provided.

Hollywood Bungalow 4

This cute apartment has a microwave, toaster and small fridge in the kitchen area with a table for two. Beautiful brand new bathroom in classic black and white. Air conditioning and tv in the bedroom. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Wifi-the internet connection works pretty well most of the time. However spectrum, the only internet provider for this area has periodic issues. No smoking in the building or anywhere on the building grounds.

Tucked into the slope of Vaughn Hill on 3 wooded acres, the entire lower level of our home is yours to enjoy. Cozy 2-bedroom unit with “the BEST BEDS at an Air BNB ever!" to quote one guest. Visit Nashoba Valley Winery (5 min away), get coffee at Harvard General Store (8 min), go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Our backyard wood-fired sauna is available by request at $20 per firing*

Although in a rural area the apartment is conveniently positioned at the junction of interstate 495 (North and South) and route 2 (East and West). Historic Concord is 5 minutes away, Lexington 10 minutes and just 25 minutes to Boston (depending on traffic).
