My hosts were very helpful & we enjoyed our time in Ephrata. House was clean and well stocked. Parking is tight for a minivan, but it would be perfect for a compact car. Loved Refreshing Mountain, which was close and Pancake Farm for breakfast- both recommended by the hosts. Totally a thumbs up ! We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here at Rachel’s cottage..The place is warm and cozy.The fireplace was very nice to have on during the evening.The cottage was immaculate too. The bedroom and bath upstairs were so warm and inviting. We found the location was also convenient. And a thanks to Rachel for the special treats and snacks! Plus, if you forget something, no worries. The cottage is very well stocked! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here while on a travel contract for Reading hospital. Great location! Jennifer was responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We extended our stay and already booked our next stay at another one of her rentals.

The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. Sheila and Darin are great hosts, quick with responses, and helpful for anything we needed. The sourdough bread they made for us was delicious! They offered wonderful, gracious hospitality.

This was our second time staying in this sweet and quaint location. I highly recommend this location-the hosts are very proactive and provide all the extras to make a lasting impression. The location is very private with walkable gardens and wood out back. You can hear the highway in the distance but it does not detract from the peaceful environment.

The house was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub a great deal. House was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and appliances. The backyard was fully furnished with a grill and seating and it was great sitting out there. Great house and really enjoyed our stay!

Vanessa’s air b&b was very lovely: it was true to her description & she was quick to respond to a question I had. The accommodations were very cozy & welcoming. This is the 2nd time we stayed here & hope to return again.

It was by far one of the cutest places we've ever stayed at. The key to unlockthe house was adorable. This place reminded us of Gettysburg. The pictures don't do this place justice. We will definitely try to get this place again when we do another staycation. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kutztown University, which made our visit a breeze. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we could ask for. What truly made our stay memorable were the exceptional hosts, Diane and Hiester. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this delightful spot to anyone visiting the area.

We are so grateful to have found Linette’s listing! This space was in beautiful Pennsylvania farm country but was still about an 8 minute drive to lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. First and foremost, the space was perfect and everything we needed to travel with our toddler. There was a private closet space that housed a pack n play as well as book and toys. As for the adults, both rooms were in pristine condition and all spaces were cozy and comfy. I can’t wait to come back and visit not only this location but Linette as well. She was so friendly and welcoming. We also loved the tour she gave us of the farm!!

Had a great time staying here. The place is very spacious and you can tell they put thought into everything. Good location. If you are a light sleeper, there is a stoplight in front of the building and there is a good amount of traffic. Mostly in the early morning, not too bad during the night.

I highly recommend Franklyn’s place for overnight stays in Reading. First, Franklyn called ahead to know when I’d be arriving and then greeted me himself upon arrival. He was very friendly and we enjoyed a nice chat. The place included all that was advertised. There was plenty of space and the rooms/beds were comfortable. Moreover, the price is competitive with the hotels in the area. The location is basically downtown and generally safe. A lot of what Reading has to offer is in walking distance. I also highly recommend Franklyn’s restaurant, Franklyn’s Breakfast Burgers & Shakes for any meal of the day but breakfast especially. Overall, if I found myself traveling to Reading again, I would stay at this location again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. We stayed here for about a week while visiting nearby family over Christmas. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Our Golden retriever had a blast exploring the nearby woods with us. The location near Blue Marsh was a plus. The place had all the amenities listed, and Sam was an excellent host. I appreciated the fast wifi as well.

This was our third visit to Michelle and Donny’s cabin and it won’t be our last! The cabin is perfect for relaxing and having quality time with family and kids and the owners are perfect hosts.

Inside, the house was just as impressive—tastefully decorated and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. It was the ideal spot to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday while also checking out the nearby Yuengling Brewery. Little did we know, we'd be celebrating another special occasion—we found out we are going to be grandparents during our stay! The weekend was full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create such special moments. Highly recommend!

What a great country location! Whether you’re looking for a weekend get away or a place to work remotely, this spot is for you. Good WiFi so I could work remotely 👍 Super comfy beds! The best part is, Amy has hard or soft beds. So whatever you like, it’s there. There’s a beautiful stream on the property with a spot for a camp fire right next to it! It’s also a great spot to see the stars. This is a country setting, but you’re also close enough to 78 to go to many local attractions. The house was set up well for cooking! I found the house to have everything I needed and it was very comfy and charming.

My husband and I stayed for a little anniversary getaway. It was just what we needed. We did some local hiking (Neversink, blue marsh, and Texter mountain) and tried some of the dining recommendations including paparones (decent pizza) ganleys (good Irish pub fare) and Austin’s which was the perfect place for our slightly fancy anniversary dinner. The texter mountain home is perfect for a relaxing getaway… comfy beds, hot water and perfectly private. We didn’t plan on doing any cooking but if you did, the kitchen supplies are a little meager but would get you through a basic meal. Would 100% come back for our next kids free date weekend

Thank you for a beautiful stay! It was really fun with a lot to do in the area! The kids loved the horses and the firepit. It was a great location, peaceful with a beautiful view. It was close to town with great restaurants and nearby trails.
