It's a great place to stay. The house is spacious and has everything you need. the location is amazing with a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely come back.

De locatie van het verblijf is super, je loopt vanuit de tuin zo het strand op. Daarnaast zijn alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. De communicatie met Alison is ook erg prettig. Langebaan en de woning van Alison hebben ons positief verrast en we komen zeker terug.

Thank you once again to Johanika for an amazing stay, we always love staying here. Johanika is amazing, always there to help and goes out of her way. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. We will continue to stay when we go to Misverstand.

Absolutely fantastic position with amazing views. Kitchen was well equipped and braii room was a gorgeous spot to sit and relax watching the world go by. Bedroom and bathrooms were functional if a bit dated. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Do not hesitate to book as the location and value for money is unbeatable!

Stunning location right on the river. The pool is pristine and the grass is lush. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need, as well as nice touches like new soaps and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. Sunsets on the pier is a must.

It was a wonderful time we had at Angelos house. The house is even better than in the pictures. We felt at home immediately and had an amazing time in Langebaan. The kitchen is absolutely complete with all you need and great for cooking for a large group of people. The separate braai area was also great and we used it several times. The garden was wonderful and we had passion fruits daily which fell off and completed our breakfast. Angelo was always great at communicating all the way through. We hope to be back soon!

We arrived at beautiful Herons Haven with our new boat, one we’d dreamed of owning for years, and were welcomed by the beautiful lady that is Erna. We were able to moor our boat 4m from our door and, upon seeing the apartment slept 5, asked if we could invite friends to which Elna graciously agreed. What a fun weekend it turned out to be. Thank you Elna. We’ll be back 🙏🏼

Es war alles super, auch sehr gut dass wir trotz Loadshedding immer in der Wohnung Licht hatten. Viel Platz zum Wäsche/Neopren auf zu hängen und genug Platz für die Kite Ausrüstung! Maddy war immer erreichbar, sehr nett und sympathisch.

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Annetjie's property in Port Owen. The view is absolutely the best in the area—simply breathtaking! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, making it convenient yet peaceful. Annetjie was a wonderful host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Port Owen!

The house is well equipped with high quality utensils. Everything you need is there, and easy to use. Bedding and bathrooms is super clean and of good quality, with plenty of towels. It is very private and well placed for boating activities or just relaxing at the water. Cant wait for our next visit.

It was hard to leave after staying just a weekend but it was just perfect for our group of swimmers. The comfortable home feel and picturesque surroundings and made us feel right at home right away and very privileged.

Great view of the boats from the balcony, very tidy and luxurious apartment. Check-in was straight forward and Susan was very responsive and nice. One consideration is that the production of dried fish, bokkom, might smell sometimes if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.

My boyfriend, our 3 dogs and I stayed for my birthday weekend. The cottages are perfect, the bed is super comfy, the day bed outside the kitchen is the perfect chill spot. The donkey shower is easy to get going and gives you an amazing hot shower. Loved the little details, body scrub in the shower, cute pot of honey in the kitchen. The view is gorgeous and we even got to see a lightning storm in the valley below the cottage. You could probably hike the whole farm over a week, so many great trails to walk and run. The dam was a bonus on a hot day after a hike. The host Hope was lovely and very responsive. Would also be an epic winter getaway spot, I would have loved to get the indoor fires going. Loads of wildlife on the farm, heard baboons in the distance on the mountain, saw various bokkies, zebra & horses. Perfect place for ours dogs to roam around, they're completely exhausted. I can't fault the place, it's wonderful and I would 10/10 stay again

Beautiful house in a stunning location - literally a sand dune at the back of 16mile beach. Great outside and indoor facilities. A peaceful spot to take a break from the city!

Beautiful cottage - doesn't get closer to the beach. nicely away from the town, but still close enough to go for supplies if you want to. Dream get away.

Great little cottage in the bush with a small creek at the front. Very comfortable beds and host was easy to communicate with.
