Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nearby are the medieval Torpa Stenhus and Hofsnäs Manor with café and local food. Completed in 2022, The Wedge is your inspiring, unforgettable escape—perfect for couples seeking tranquility, nature, and a touch of architectural magic.

Gullis Skjul ~ en lyxigare skogsupplevelse.

Bo med hotellstandard i skogen fast utan elektricitet. Laga mat över öppen eld och njut av stjärnhimlen genom stora glaspartier i en skön dubbelsäng. En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Från bastun är det vacker utsikt över nejden. Frukost med lokala råvaror hämtas nere på gården. Pris gäller för 1-4 pers. inkl. frukost, bastu, sängkläder, städning, ved.

Helt nybyggda Fritidshus (2020-2021) beläget på en udde utan grannar inom synhåll. Egen liten långgrund strand med båt och elmotor. Braskamin i storstugan. Utedusch Bra fiske med gös, abborre , gädda mm. Bra Wi-fi. Bastu. Svamp och bär. Egen stor parkering på tomten. Aktiviteter i närheten : Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse Nationalpark, Ge-Kås Ullared, Knystaforsen (white guide) Tiraholms Fisk Här bor ni lyxigt men samtidigt med känslan "back to nature"

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. 🌸 Nu öppnar vi upp kalendern igen efter vintervilan 🌸 Välkomna ut på landsbygden för en stunds lugn och ro i den vackra svenska naturen. Här har alla årstider sin charm. Stugan är charmigt inredd med gamla ting, men med en modern standard. Vakna i en skön 160-säng och njut av den fantastiska sjöutsikten. På ängen nedanför passerar ofta rådjur och när gräset börjat växa släpps djuren ut i hagen utanför huset. Varmt välkomna till oss! / Matilda med familj
