This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. The house was beautiful and large enough for my family of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub with views of an icy lake. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and fresh. We went bowling and found great restaurants in nearby by Warwick. We would love to return soon!

It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

A hidden gem! This spot has a ton of character and the hosts are awesome! The lake and surrounding area is beautiful as well, with plenty to do for the outdoorsy type and cute shops and great restaurants within minutes. would highly recommend and hope to find time for a return trip!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

Mario gave clear instructions on how to check in along with photos of each check-in process. It was very helpful to have a photo of the parking spot and where the lockbox was. The apartment was very clean organized in the kitchen was well stocked with some condiments.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

We were looking for a place to spend Christmas with our older daughter who has a tiny studio in the Bronx. The carriage house was in a fantastic location, convenient to the GW Bridge and our daughter’s apartment. The private parking was wonderful and the property was right next to some woods which were perfect for our dog. The apartment was spacious enough for our Christmas together and very well appointed including spices in the kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Joe and Victoria were very gracious, helpful hosts who were very responsive communicators and provided a lot of good local info. I would highly recommend the Carriage house; I know we’ll be back!

El apartamento es mas bonito que en las fotos.. limpieza impecable . Denia siempre amable y respondia a tiempo. Fue retador el uso de 1 solo baño para los 4 que fuimos, pero nos organizamos bien en los horarios para salir a tiempo a cada actividad.. Volveria nueva vez!!

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

The location of the room was fantastic. It was Mountain View with a balcony and a beautiful fireplace. It had everything we needed for our stay. Dan and Andrew were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. The location was beautiful and the views were amazing. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need; towels, bedsheets, blankets cookware, a bunch of basic food necessities & more. The pool was refreshing after laying in the sun and watching the sunset from the pool is truly a must when visiting this home. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a gorgeous getaway home.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

We had a great stay and Susan was very kind, professional and responsive when needed. I have appreciated her call prior the check in to clarify few points, I’ve found that very polite and adequate. The House, where you will feel like home from the beginning, is as described and in a beautiful location surrounded by beautiful nature.
