Denise was very helpful and responsive when we first arrived the airbnb. The location of the airbnb is perfect, not far from NYC at all.

Where to start. How about...Hey, fellow traveler! Why are you sitting here reading?? Quick! Hurry and BOOK THIS PLACE before you miss out! Heather's apartment is hands-down the best rental we have ever booked (and we have booked many, many). First of all, the pictures just don't do this place justice. Sure, they look nice enough. But they simply fail to convey the amount of creativity, detail, and thought that went into making this such a perfect, iconic and peaceful space to relax in the city. That plus quality linens, super comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, glorious AC, and literally anything you could possibly think of to make your stay just right (I'm talking WAY more than toilet paper, salt, pepper and oil here). Heather really thought of everything. The place is also beyond immaculate. She met us at the apartment, gave us a quick rundown of it and the area, and she was an absolutely delightful and welcoming hostess. Book this place. You won't be sorry!

Stayed at Jaclyn’s place for 10 days because I was getting a surgery so, I needed to be in the area for the surgery and some of my recovery. It was the perfect place to recover. It was cozy and had everything we needed. I love sleeping with a fan and even though they didn’t have a ceiling fan they had an oscillating fan which was perfect. Loved the shower pressure in the shower. Also, loved that I didn’t need keys, I could use a code to enter the apartment. They were responsive when we had an unexpected issue and immediately dealt with the problem and solved it! And also, they gave us a little holiday gift because we stayed through Christmas! That was very sweet! Overall, would rent here again if I visit the area. Thank you Jaclyn, Jose, and Glenda!

Good stay. A little bit of an issue getting in at check in and could of cleaned the floors better other wise it looks as described and peaceful.

The apt and building was very clean. It was a bit pricey, we had to book it last minute. The bed was comfy but the living room pullout was really hard and uncomfortable, I would suggest an air mattress. The place is very spacious for 4 people to stay.

A very clean, quiet apartment in a perfect location for this visit to New York. Seamless check-in and check-out. Extremely friendly and efficient Lombardy staff. Close to public transportation - very convenient. Will book again!

A huge thank you to Lisa for providing a wonderful place for us to stay for three nights so close to our daughter's home. And to our favorite Boulangerie Le French Dad. We were quite comfortable on the third floor and able to adjust easily to the up and down changes in outdoor temperatures over the Easter weekend! The amenities provided were so numerous and we were never in need of anything to make our stay more comfortable. We even negotiated the "small" bathroom with ease!

I will be visiting and booking again . Didn’t have too many issues .

L'appartement est agréable et les lits confortables. La vue sur Manhattan depuis la fenêtre du salon est juste incroyable. C'est très facile d'accéder à New York en 15/20mn par des bus directs qui passent régulièrement à 2 pas ou via le ferry. Notre hôte a toujours été amical, disponible et réactif lors de nos échanges. Nous recommandons ce logement.

L’appartement de Tahini offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. C’est un pied à terre idéal pour visiter New York sans se ruiner. Le quartier est très agréable à vivre, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité moins chers qu’à NYC. NYC n’est qu’à 30/40 minutes en bus de l’appartement avec des liaisons toutes les 10 minutes. Tahini est très réactive et nous avons apprécié toutes ces petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine.

We stayed as a group of three. Although it takes some time to get to New York City, the bus stop was very close, which made getting around convenient. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely place, clean and beautiful. Great location, the travel to and from NY is very easy and the view of Manhattan on they is astonishing. There are many convenience stores and restaurants 2 minutes away from the flat. Really recommended.

This was our second time staying at Mike’s - his place feels just like home! Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom & spacious. Mike is very prompt, friendly and helpful - helped us out immediately when one of our suitcases combination lock jammed. The location is serene & minutes away from NYC. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place and would highly recommend anyone to stay! Special thanks to Mike for his hospitality!!

Served our needs perfectly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Small kitchen, but had everything we needed. I requested a replacement pan for cooking eggs and Candice had a nice one shipped overnight from Amazon. Quiet safe neighborhood with a nice park nearby. Good experience all around.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay in this wonderful property, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in NY area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how the house looked and felt even better than I had anticipated. The inviting atmosphere and attention to detail truly set it apart. The property was equipped with everything I could possibly need, from essential bathroom supplies to a fully stocked kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into preparing the space for guests. Additionally, the host was exceptionally communicative and responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions and tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and felt right at home. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely choose this property again. What can I say, This place was amazing! II went for my honeymoon. The place was so nice, clean, and modern. I enjoyed every single minute, from the Jacuzzi to the movie room. Everything was great. You should definitely check it out. The host is a plus. He was amazing with us and very responsive. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be booking in the future.

Bernards penthouse is really a spectacular penthouse - unlike many other apartments that claim to be one: The elevator brings you directly in the apartment on the 7th floor, there are two huge terraces that wrap the whole place and the 360° view of the skyline of Manhattan and of New Jersey and the skylis spectacular. The apartment ist very spacious and comfortable (with two bathroom and three toilets!). It is luxurious even though not everything is brand new. You can see that someone actually lives here, there is a lot of personal decoration, but we found this charming - a place with a soul. The kitchen is also remarkably very well equipped (Bernard is a chef!). It's not a tourist area at all, the neighbourhood is purely Latin American, simple but pleasant and the location in West New York (New Jersey) is good and relaxed. There are different options to get to Manhattan. You can take the two buses around the corner (2 minutes walk) or there are several buses a little more far away (10 minutes walk) or you can even go to the next port with the Light Rail and take the ferry from there (see timetables of NJ Waterways). Within 20 to 40 minutes, depending the option you choose and the traffic situation, you are at Port Authority near Time Square.
