De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station, from there 20 minutes to Amsterdam or Leiden Central station (every 15 minutes). A 15 minute travel to the historical centre of Haarlem or beach and Formula 1 racing circuit in Zandvoort. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance.. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen).

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt.
