He housed circus animals in huge barns in Lancaster during winter. The apartment is above a small cafe. The private entrance is at the top of an iron staircase in the back The balcony at the top provides a peaceful resting place and view of the town. Parking is located in back, where there is a covered patio for your use.

The apartment has been newly remodeled boasting a full kitchen featuring a wall of west-facing windows, a cozy living room, a well-lit bedroom, tiled bathtub, and full-sized washer and dryer. It is comfortable year-round with mini-split air heating and AC. The apartment is fully furnished.
