This is our second time staying at Grant Place with our 3 young children, but even enjoyed it more this time getting to make use of the lovely fenced backyard during a beautiful sunny spring week. There’s lush green grass that’s well maintained and a fireplace with comfortable outdoor seating for 4. The hosts have been always kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Look forward to our next stay.

This house is in a relatively new neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. The backyard has a nice high wall which makes it feel private. I needed to reach out to the owner (Tori) a couple of times during our stay, and she got back to me within a few minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any traveler. Thanks Tori!

What a beautiful home for a great price. Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. 1st time staying at the home I was there 13-weeks, booked again for another 3-weeks.

Cozy little cabin right on the rivers edge. Remarkably clean and well kept. Perfect place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Highly recommended. Try out the restaurant while there. Food and service was outstanding.

I have stayed here several times now, and Debbie always makes me feel welcome 😀. My family stayed with me this time for Christmas, and Debbie made our Christmas and our stay very special! I will stay here as often as I can!

Perfect extended stay! The home is very spacious with master king bed, which is very cozy! We got a discount for the extended stay. I work from home and the place was spacious enough to comfortably do so. If we visit the tri cities again we will book with kathy! She is very responsive and respectful!

Over all I was pleased. For the room rate I paid. I would expect that the room was 100%. It had some wear and tear that wasn’t fixed. It didn’t affect the functionality of the room stay. It was more a visual thing.

El alojamiento es pequeñito pero le dieron el espacio preciso a cada área que lo hace súper cómodo. La decoración es muy bella… nuestro perrito fue muy feliz en el pequeño jardín que tienen … Alex fue súper amable con nosotros, estuvo siempre al pendiente de los detalles que se nos presentaron y nos resolvió cada uno de ellos. I felt the home was very peaceful to stay at. The owner was quick to respond to any need. Openly welcomed the guest with a hand written card. Home was extremely clean. There is private parking around the backside (for large truck owners be advised, it is a tight squeeze but absolutely doable)

It was so nice to stay here! Andrea was always super responsive and understanding when we had to change plans. We will definitely consider staying here next time we're in the area!

My family recently stayed at Katia's home and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the hospital it was nice to come "home" to somewhere inviting and relaxing. there was plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. I whole heartedly recommend this home if you are looking for a place for your large family to kick back and relax.
