We loved our stay! There were 9 of us, including 2 kids. The size was perfect, and the area was gorgeous! We would love to come back in the summer!

The recent remodel is stunning. The space is used efficiently, but still feels spacious. We had a large group with toddlers to grandparents. There was something for everyone to appreciate.

This house was exactly as shown in the listing—beyond beautiful and peaceful! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for two months when we needed it. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Chelsea’s property was large enough to accommodate our party of 12, easily. With one large central house dedicated to games, cooking and gathering, it freed up the other (very spacious!) homes for retiring to bed and enjoying quiet time away from a large group. The setting is very peaceful, tranquil and remote. If you think this is near Eureka Springs or Bentonville, it’s not. It’s 52 minutes to Eureka and 42 to Bentonville. Beaver Lake is quite expansive and we didn’t realize how far we were from our prime go-to of Eureka- so head caution! Also the driveway is one mile long gravel, so beware, little cars- it’s a beating. Once there and in for the evening, we loved it. Hit the grocery/liquor store before you come and all will be well!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

It was so easy to walk up, use code and get in. Very clean and spacious! The backyard was a paradise! We came in town for my son’s destination wedding and had such a great time! Location was perfect for chapel and venue for reception!

WHAT A FANTASTIC vacation spot! We arrived in the evening but when I woke to the view - I knew I hit a jackpot! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The home was set up with care to create fun memories and a peaceful, restful time... Ample comfortable seating. Comfortable beds. All the amenities that would need. Close distance to all the great things to do in NWA. Bike trails, restaurants, everything felt close that we wanted to experience!

We had an excellent time celebrating my sister for her bachelorette party! Kitchen and bathrooms were amazingly clean. Hot tub and enclosed outdoor porch were so much fun. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

Came up to check out NWA and see crystal bridges and to celebrate my 30th birthday. We enjoyed our time in Bentonville and Bella Vista so much we are considering moving here! Sandy made us feel right at home and the accommodations were a perfect fit for a peaceful lakeside retreat with proximity to the city.

Had a great stay despite the multiple tornado watches during my visit. 😳. Amenities were clean, comfy and as described. The bed at this Airbnb was surprisingly one of the most comfortable beds I ever experienced during a trip. The birds were awesome too. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I cannot stress how wonderful our stay at this Airbnb was! The pictures don’t do this space justice - it’s gorgeous. Robert and McKenna are the sweetest hosts I’ve ever encountered and I highly recommend staying at this spot. It’s in walking distance from downtown, right up the street from Onyx Coffee HQ, and a three minute drive to Lake Atalanta. So much value within only a few miles. Loved it!

What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

just go ahead and book! breathtaking view of the sunrise over the lake with pretty much private access… there’s a nice little swing out there to watch. grill available, fire pit available. you’ve got everything you need! inside is super nice as well… the beds and couch are so comfy. jeff is super friendly and responds quickly. if you’re thinking about it, go ahead and book it!

My husband, myself, and our little girl came for a little vacay to get away from life and spend remote time with each other. This place was absolutely beautiful & gorgeous. We loved how excluded this property was and really just everything about it! The drive had our little girl giggling because of how rocky it was back and forth to the house. Overall would 100% recommend!

I had high expectations when booking an Airbnb, and this location blew it away! We felt very safe and at home the whole week. I would highly recommend staying here.

This home was comfortable right on Beaver Lake - fire pit area was nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen, living and bathroom are smaller, but clean, organized and appointed well for guests. Location is quite remote, but we wanted to be away from the buzz of the city, so it was just right. We enjoyed the beauty of the area. We watched TV, read our books, enjoyed exploring and ate at restaurants in the area that were new to us. Monte Ne's and Catfish Hole (legendary in Fayetteville) and Table on 6th were favorites. We walked trails at Crystal Bridges and played miniature golf the day we had the best weather. Karen and Jeff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed very much hearing how they "landed" here in this peaceful spot! Furnishings are a bit older with some historical artwork throughout. If you are looking for a place to "unplug" a bit and rest, this is the place. Or - kayaking right out the back door. We recommend grabbing this if it is available. Truly a gem!

What a lovely home! The wrap around decks were amazing. The bedrooms spacious and everything was better than described! This home was a perfect base camp and close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the back decks taking in the gentle breeze and beautiful scenery of Lake Ann.

We love staying at the cabin! It’s our third time and it’s the most peaceful getaway!
