This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

LeClaire is a river & train town. 🚂🌊 *This is a wooded property, There will be sticks, leaves and bugs. 🌿🐞 *There are MANY steps inside and outside, as it's built into a hill.

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Right off the exit of I 380 Interstate. As close as you can be to downtown. Maybe 5 minutes away from the bike trail. 2 car parking off street. 1 queen bed and pull out couch. Washer and dryer.
