We named our place "What A View" because those will be the words out of your mouth when you walk through the front door. The beauty of the lake is captivating and it creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation that we know you will enjoy. With four bedrooms and two large living areas, we specialize in hosting large families, but our primary bedroom and it's incredible view make it a great getaway for couples as well. We welcome you to make some special memories at our refuge on Broadway Lake.

The Get Away at Broadway

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Come stay at this newly renovated home 20 min. away from Clemson, 2 miles away from Downtown Anderson and Lake Hartwell is minutes away. The wide front porch allows plenty of room for lounging with a cup of coffee in the morning. This home has so much charm with its original refinished hardwood floors, gas log fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy walking out to the large covered patio with a tv and fire pit perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day of activities.

Quiet, peaceful & secluded, Serenity Lane Cottage is the perfect place to call home away from home! Built new in Fall of 2019! It is located next door to Erskine college. We have added a side patio with a charcoal grill and dining table! Your own private lane and parking, full kitchen, coffee maker & coffee, laundry facilities, and dishwasher make staying with us relaxing and enjoyable! Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.

Conveniently positioned between Greenville and Anderson, it's also only a 20-minute drive to Clemson from the cottage. Moreover, the cottage features a fenced yard, and pets are welcome!

Less than thirty minutes from Greenville, Abbeville, Anderson, Laurens Greenwood and 15 minutes to Erskine College. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset, this is the place. The owners live on the property, so if anything is needed, we are just down the hill.
