Noah's place was perfect for a week in California. It was one of the cleanest airbnbs I've stayed it. It matches the pictures perfectly and was so cozy. There are ac units in the bedrooms and living room which was nice for the hot afternoons. Noah's sent instructions with pictures so we knew how to get inside without issue. It was well stocked with essentials and they even had a few toiletries available. The beds were the highlight-super comfortable, we all slept great. It's not a super walkable area but we just ubered when we needed to go anywhere. We had a great time watching the squirrels and hummingbirds on the balcony. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

Aly was an awesome host. I had so many things on my itinerary and it was in the middle between all the places my kids and I visited. It was a perfect place for the three of us, and about 20 min. from the beach. Will definitely book again the next time I am in the area. Thank you Aly!

If you’ve ever stayed in Long Beach, you know that parking is a real issue. Well, this place has parking. There’s a garage under the complex and it’s great. Jesica’s place is very clean and perfectly located for any downtown Long Beach activities. Also the staff that work the complex are very friendly and helpful. One thing I really like is that the bathroom has lots of hooks to hang your clothes and towels. Very functional. Jesica is a great host, very communicative and replies very quickly to messages. I will definitely stay here again.

The Village at Irvine Spectrum is definitely one of the best places to stay for vacation. The room is comfy with a night view. Comfy living room with a nice couch and Netflix. Kitchen is clean but with some missing amenities. Nice and clean shower. Washer and dryer are available. Bedroom is comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway nothing too long. Overall with a few touch ups this room can be a great option for couples.

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

What a great spot to stay while in Long Beach! The location next to the Convention Center was perfect, allowing me to come "home" for lunch. It’s within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, the beach, and countless restaurants. Even though we never used the car, having a parking spot was huge. I was there with a friend and it was great for both of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Brinda was an attentive and friendly host, responding quickly to any inquiries we had. While there is some traffic noise, the unbeatable location more than makes up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone needing accommodations in Long Beach!

This is the perfect place to stay. Perfect location you are walking distance from manny great locations in Long Beach. Sam is a great host and made arrival and check in super easy.

Great place and lots to do and see in the area. Even though it was an event weekend and it was tricky to meet up, Raymond found us and gave us good instructions on everything. We enjoyed our weekend and plan to return!

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my little family, perfect location was super quiet at night. Place was super clean had plenty of necessities for bathroom or bedroom area. Had working ac and heater which was handy because it was so cold at night so the heater kept us nice and cozy. There was a gas station right down the street as well as a few other places to eat for a quick bite. My kids slept easily here and made us all feel safe and at home. I would definitely recommend this area to anyone.

The house was perfect! It matched the description exactly and was a quick 15-20 mins drive to Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious, backyard was nice to be in, my daughter loved the doll house, and the level 2 Ev charger was great! The toys in the house made our kids extremely happy and the hosts are amazing! They are informative and friendly and we look forward to renting from them again

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

James was incredible and accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful! We’ve never had a better host. This home is close to everything and the house encourages kids to do independent play and use their imagination so what more can an exhausted parent want? I had food poisoning while I was there and my husband was able to manage 3 toddlers because of the amenities of this house alone. 10/10 will definitely stay at James’ properties in the future!! Highly recommend for families!!

Jay’s place was cozy and comfortable. The children settled right in with the ping-pong table and other entertainment. The area seemed quiet and safe. Check-in and check-out were easy. Jay was a great host and very responsive.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very accommodating for our kids and conveniently located near Disney and shopping in a quite neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area on a short-term vacation. Many thanks to the host also for great and timely communication.

I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !
