Marco war super nett und hat sofort geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool haben wir gerne genutzt und der Garten war rundum eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hündin nicht ausbüxen konnte.

Fantastische plek. Wij wonen in een drukke stad en hier was er zo veel rust! Geluiden van vogels, zevenslapers, beekje. 's ochtends ontbijten met prachtig uitzicht. En in de omgeving zó veel te doen (wel auto nodig). De kinderen wilden er wel blijven wonen:) Wel belangrijk te weten dat: - De zevenslapers niet verlegen zijn en af toe in de keuken te vinden zijn - Best veel trappen omhoog voor je bij het huisje komt - Niet altijd parkeerplek op het pleintje. Prive parkeerplek is verder lopen. - Sommige spullen veilig opgeruimd moeten worden als je met kleine kinderen komt Maar juist die dingen maken het zo leuk! Heel makkelijk contact met Hermann. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses! L’appartement est super bien équipé et situé. Les hôtes sont réactifs et sympathiques! Nos enfants se sont sentis aussi très à l’aise!

Alles tiptop. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Bäckerei ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, so dass wir zum Frühstück immer frisches Brot hatten. Alfred war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und flexibel, wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Le logement était incroyable : superbe vue et très paisible avec le bruit des moutons en fond sonore. Le jardin et ses belles fleurs étaient très relaxants. L'hôte était très accueillant et soucieux de notre bien être. Nous étions avec notre chien qui a également été très bien accueilli (lit, biscuits,...). Un grand merci à notre hôte !

Autentisch renoviertes Rustico-Haus, in dem wir uns auch an regnerischen Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Das Haus wird mit dem Holzofen schnell warm und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber Sandro und Petra sind äusserst hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Selma liegt zentral im Tal und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Familien-Zeit am Fluss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal war ich während meinem Aufenthalt in Tenero im Grottino untergebracht und habe diesen nur positiv erlebt. In dieser gemütlichen Wohnung und dem wunderschönen Garten fühlte ich mich einmal mehr auf Anhieb wohl und willkommen. Esther ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin – danke vielmal, dass ich wieder im Grottino wohnen durfte.

Wir kommen sicher wieder… Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Man schaut direkt auf die Berge und Ascona… Und wenn man mal Lust auf italien hat, fährt man nur 8 Kilometer zum Espresso oder zum Essen..

Our stay at Lisa’s apartment was wonderful! The location couldn’t be more perfect – two beaches were just a short walk away, one of them complete with a little stream, where the kids loved to play. The apartment is in a small charming village by the lake. From the house, it was also easy to visit the Verzasca valley by car, Ascona by boat, and other beautiful places in the area. The apartment was charming, well-equipped, comfortable and has the most stunning views. Lisa and her husband Frits are very kind people, warm and welcoming. Lisa is a genuinely caring and thoughtful person, who truly goes the extra mile for her guests. She for instance brought toys and inflatable mattresses for the kids to enjoy, making their experience even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – from the beautiful location to Lisa’s kind hospitality, everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at lago di maggiore.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso con una comoda camera da letto ed un ampio salone. La cucina è ben attrezzata in caso si voglia cucinare a casa. C'è anche una vasta gamma di giochi e libri per bambini. Esperienza molto piacevole.

Wir habe die Ostertage im Rustico Gin verbracht. Es ist ein unglaublich tolles Häuschen, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Umgeben von der Natur hat es rund ums Rustico schöne Plätze zum Verweilen und ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder ein Schwumm in der Maggia. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Można poczuć się jak w domu, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, naprawdę nic nie brakowało! winda na górę znacząco ulatwia wejście do apartamentu. Basen czysty ale raczej nie podgrzewany. Brak ręczników i brak WiFi pomimo informacji że jest przenośny router. Bardzo udany pobyt. Dziękujemy!

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Eine tolle gedeckte Terrasse, wo man auch im Regen draussen sitzen könnte. Draussen hat es ein toller Pool. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ideal. Man ist schnell in Lugano. Der Bus ist in 2 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder im Tessin Ferien machen, ist für uns klar, dass wir wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Sie ist wirklich einfach toll.

Bob’s place was perfect - location, cleanliness and communication all top notch. The apartment was much larger than we expected and the rooftop was amazing.

The listing is very accurate, and the home was fantastic in a great location with a spectacular view. For a very reasonable charge, the pool was heated which made a big difference when the weather was cooler than hoped for. We were a family of 6, and there was plenty of space. Every detail seemed to have been thought through very well. We couldn’t have been happier!

Le logement est propre. La vue est magnifique car le mont sur lequel se situe l’appartement est élevé. Idéal pour des vacance reposante et calme proche de la nature. Je recommande !

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.
