Very nice place to stay, very clean and perfect for the 2-3 days that we planned for accommodation.

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Really clean and pretty Airbnb that was close to everything I needed. Was in for business and hope to be able to come back to this Airbnb for future business trips in Houston. Thank you!

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

This place was perfect for a quick stay. It was perfectly situated and near some awesome neighborhood places to explore like Agora Coffee, shopping and dining at Rice Village, and museums like The Menil Collection. You’re also close to Montrose nightlife and more shopping and restaurants on Westheimer Road. If you rent a car or drive you have easy parking access or you can get Ubers very quickly. Would def recommend this spot for a Houston visit.

He was a great host, the apartment was very nice, the kitchen had whatever I needed. It has a cute balcony and a big and nice restroom. I didn't see anything particularly unsafe in the neighborhood, it just didn't feel quite safe at night. Although inside the building it was quite safe.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children for 4 nights. It was great for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms, but spend time together in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. The first floor has a bedroom with 2 queen beds. There is a bathroom with large walk in shower by the kitchen. So if you can't climb the staircase you could still stay here. There were no baking sheets or pizza pans but several skillets and pots. There are spatulas, cooking spoons, and knives. To give the dishwasher power you have to use the light switch on the right side of the sink. One is the garbage disposal, the other dishwasher. Backing through the gate was very narrow for our full size van. But if you have a smaller vehicle it should be fine. The central air units worked great and the upstairs and downstairs stayed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Fui con mi familia a todos Nos encantó la casa Muy limpia y tranquilo. Buen aire buenos TV buen espacio para pasar tranquilos un fin de semana. No vi nada malo a su alrededor, leí un comentario de otro visitante y me parece algo fuera de lugar. Observé varios vecinos trabajando haciendo reparaciones en sus casas. No vi nada fuera de lo normal y menos ningún tráfico de nada malo. Y estuve 4 días sin problemas. Recomienda esta casa a familias que quieran estar cómo en su casa! Beautiful home. Great space for the 6 of us. Home was clean and there was plenty of linens and kitchen essentials for us to use. There was an electronic keypad but it wasn’t working. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location to someone else. Thanks again Tammy.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the space. Great functional kitchen. Nice backyard. Our family will be back!!!

House was extremely clean and charming. Bedrooms are large and there is plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms are both updated and nice. Plenty of extra towels for all six of us to shower and the foosball table was a nice touch. The location was great for us as we spent a lot of our time in the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within 10 minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again!

Evon’s home was absolutely stunning! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and secure environment that made for the perfect stay. From the beautiful layout to the calming atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-curated getaway.

Patrica was very friendly and responsive. The location was great for me, the area was quiet, aesthetically the area is just ok in my opinion. However, it was clean and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again. I asked Patrica for a pillow topper for the mattress, because it was a little too hard for me. The next day there was an Amazon package at the door with a pillow topper in it. It made the bed quite comfy!

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

Great host! kairee was very responsive and accommodating! The Airbnb had everything we need and was very spacious! The location was great as well! Most of the restaurants and bars we went to were less than a 10 minute uber ride away! Will be booking this Airbnb again next time I visit Houston.

John was very communicative and very responsive. This place is amazing with so many fun things to do in Houston. I’ll definitely recommend booking here.
