Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Rahna’s place on the lake was so comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was so convenient for our needs and the property was quaint and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque, relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Renee and Dan's villa. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We truly enjoyed their gorgeous view of Lake Winnipesaukee, and the fireplace was a special addition to our fall weekend getaway. Renee was sure to check in to make sure we had arrived safely and everything was to our liking. We appreciated the sweet touches like the bottled water in the fridge and the s'mores kit upon arrival. We are very familiar with the area and usually stay in the inn near this villa but wanted to try something different this year. We had a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

If we could give more stars to this Airbnb, we absolutely would! Illdiko has put so much thought and care into designing the space, and it truly shows. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The bed was super soft and we had such a great sleep! The bathroom products were high quality, and although we only made microwaveable dinners, the kitchenette met all our needs. The backyard was beautiful, especially in the fall, with a peaceful creek and festive Halloween decorations. The chickens wandering around gave it a charming countryside feel. Do take caution when driving down the driveway, especially with a full-size SUV (she has mentioned this in the listing), but it wasn’t too difficult to manage. We’d love to return next time we’re in New Hampshire!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. This condo met all expectations. The screened in porch was amazing. It overlooked the lake and was the perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast and evening cocktails. It is a studio unit, the kitchen is small but adequate for making coffee and breakfast. The bed was very comfy. Totally enjoyed out 2 nights there and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kept the boat on the dock out back while we stayed. Nothing beats waking up and walking out back to the boat and taking off for the day with the family. Great restaurants we went to were The New Wood shed, Lemon grass, Canoe, Rubbin butts BBQ. The host was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back for a third year.

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

I really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. We were busy during the day so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the lake, but the house was beautiful and comfortable, there are 3 (!) full bathrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. I hope to come back and spend more time here.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

My wife and I really enjoyed the property.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

The condo units were perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, the unit was clean, the location was ideal for a concert at Bank of NH pavilion.
