We had the best time at this beautiful location! All the amenities were perfect, we spent a lot of time in the ocean using almost everything provided. our hosts were responsive and got us everything we needed. the dock was beautiful, with even better views.

This stay here was perfect. It was better than the pics. I thought that a place with a matching red fridge and microwave was really cool. Sergio our super friendly maintenance man was just spot on. We had a little issue with the septic system and Sergio immediately sprung into action digging up the pipe that the palm roots did their thing to and fixed the problem immediately. Everyone involved with this property was awesome. As well as their recommended services like Marvin from Leo’s car rental, just up the street, was extremely accommodating and helpful. I love Belize and Maya Beach. One of the friendliest countries I have ever visited. I’ll be back soon. One love, Respect!! Steve and Dave from Minneapolis, MN

This beachfront Airbnb in Placencia, Belize, is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway. The location is perfect—steps from a private beach and close to the village. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a lovely patio overlooking the ocean. Rene, the host, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend :)

The Seabrook's home is so comfortable, you have all the comforts of your own home all you need to bring is your personal belonging and groceries. The house was clean and ready for my visit. Enjoyed the ability to utilize Jaguar Reef's amenities and Hopkins is a warm and welcoming village. Rob reached out to me when I arrived and again after I left to make sure all was well. Rosie who manages the house in Hopkins was great and took good care of me. Looking forward in my return visit soon.

Die Hütte ist direkt am Strand mit Meerblick. Schnell von der Bushaltestelle oder dem Water-Taxi-Dock zu erreichen und trotzdem mittendrin im Küstenort. Für mich war es die ideale Unterkunft.

Great location and price. Hosts were great with communication. Very short walk to restaurants. Right off of Placencia sidewalk. Beachfront property. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay with my family. Was near the airport and felt very safe. Alan was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.

My wife, myself and our 14yo grandson stayed for 4 days. The place was incredible. A jungle experience everyone should try, from the guided cave tour by Alex to the bridge and then the stairs up the jungle mountain. The little cafe had awesome burritos and quesadillas. The trip in and the 2 river crossings was an adventure in its own right after all the rain that we had had, but we made it(in a AWD car) On our last day we were surprised by a special guest by a favorite of mine. “We’re not gonna take it” is my clue. Thank you Mike & sons, Alex and everyone else!

The neighborhood wasn't fantastic, but it was a relatively quick drive to the water areas and restaurants, etc. We felt safe in the house itself. The property is very secure. The yard and pool are nice and private. We were hesitant at first but once we got settled in we were very happy with the accomodations!

Vanilla Hills was our favorite place to stay during our honeymoon in Belize. The location is stunning, and the attention to detail creates a truly serene and relaxing environment. The owners have a carefully curated wine selection, and the restaurant serves incredible food. Our only regret is not booking more nights here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Belize!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kathie’s place and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The journey to get there is bumpy, but is truly awesome to see. As the other reviews have stated, you definitely want at LEAST an SUV - ours was front wheel drive and proved to be resilient. The locals were all so welcoming and inviting to their culture. We decided to do the ATM cave tours the first day and did not regret it one bit. Kathie recommend to do the pontoon tour on the macal river and it did not disappoint! Would highly recommend doing this with Laz and his team - the lunch on the boat was amazing and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. Additionally, Kathie was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. Millie and Ms. Nora and her daughter were all excellent and cooked an amazing dinner upon arrival - the dinner was perfect after a long day of traveling. If you are looking for an authentic jungle experience this is your place to be.

I loved this place! It fit the vibes i was trying to have for a birthday weekend. It was very calm and relaxing. Everything was laid out for us before we got there. It was a one stop shop. So don't hesitate to ask for the accommodations to be picked up by golf cart or to have your ferry/plane ride made in advance. Golf carts and tours was all scheduled on the property. This place isn't walkable. I do suggest renting a golf cart to explore. The food on site was really good.

Very clean, and everything was exactly as described in the description! The host was amazing and quick to respond🙏🏽! Great place to stay!
