We had a wonderful stay at Island Magic Villas in December! Our villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we also very much enjoyed the pool. The location is absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Lorena and Robbie in the office were very accomodating any time we needed anything or had any questions. The restaurant on site, Peach on the Beach, had great food and service, and it was so nice to have it right there. The villas are a short walk to the split where we would catch a quick ferry to the south side of the island, but we were also offered complimentary golf cart rides to and from the split whenever we wanted. It really is a magical place, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing place .. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I was a bit nervous with the limited reviews but don’t worry and book this place. Israel and Mary the hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful with all our needs. You can walk anywhere from the residence . Have no worries when booking this Airbnb.

the house was beautiful with the best view. Watched swarms of dragon flys feeding in the morning on the screened off patio. It was so awesome to watch!! Ezickle was amazing and was very responsive if we needed anything. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you had fun fishing on the new deck as well.

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at La Vida Belize. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool, beach and dock were the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and didn’t mind the distance from the main area of Placencia. We rented a car and explored several areas in Belize during our stay. We used the guestbook for tips about the area and places to eat near Maya Beach. The grounds keepers were friendly and kept everything nice for us during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. During our week stay, some of the activities we were able to do included: snorkling with Captain Jak’s, visit the Bocawina Nation Park & Zip-line Adventure, fishing, a Monkey River tour and visit some Mayan Ruins. We also spent a good amount of time relaxing and reading on the beach or by the pool. We recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Woodpecker Birdhouse was amazing. Great views and very peaceful. Lucrecia was very responsive, super friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Tracy Lee und seine Frau sind äußerst zuvorkommende, freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Das trifft auch für die Comanagerin Ratka zu. Wir sind an unserem Anreisetag in das falsche Haus eingezogen und es war überhaupt kein Problem nochmal umzuziehen, da uns das für uns vorgesehene Haus auch stimmiger erschien. Für Badeurlaub und das Genießen von Ruhe bestens geeignet. Die Häuser sind exzellent ausgestattet, sodass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns herzlich.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay! I really appreciated having a washer and dryer, along with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion readily available. It felt so nice to have two TVs and two air conditioning units—it made my stay super comfy! I even invited my family over for lunch, and they were so accommodating when I asked if it was okay to have guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I had the best sleep! Additionally, the location is fantastic—so close to the airport that you can easily walk over. I noticed some pretty lively activities nearby starting around 9 AM, but otherwise, it was quite peaceful. I can't wait for my next visit to this lovely place!

We loved our stay at Shades of Blue. It was very peaceful being away from town and having our own little getaway. The home is very comfortable with everything you need. We found a few restaurants within a 20 minute cart ride, but supermarkets are a farther drive. BelizeIt helped us with grocery delivery, snorkeling and fishing as well as booking massages at the house. They were amazing and very responsive. The only downside was that it was the windy season so a lot of seaweed was on the beach, making it impossible to swim from the beach. There was also so much sea grass around the dock, that we didn’t swim or snorkel like others said they did. But all-in-all we loved our stay!

This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

Pista ‘s Babylon Beach Resort was a pleasant surprise. It is nestled right in San Pedro, on the beach. While the beach is still being built up, the location and quick response to any of our questions and asks outweigh any beach negatives. Don’t be swayed by the negative comments about the beach, you can always find a way onto the beach. We were made to feel at home. The 4 bedroom villa we had was clean and had plenty of space for us all. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so memorable, especially Marisol who even drove one of us to get two cases of beer from down the street. Eva were very responsive and attentive to all our needs during our stay

Carmen's vacation home was perfect for our stay. We were able to accommodate our whole family. We had all the necessary appliances and more to provide a home like experience. Would definetly recommend.

Stop searching for a place and book here!! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Salty Bliss! The house is everything and more. We spent most of our vacation enjoying the beautiful pool looking at the lagoon! Bonnie and Dora are the nicest and so helpful. We booked a golf cart (highly recommend doing to explore the island!) and a snorkeling tour (that picked us up right from the lagoon in the back of the house!) with Bonnie’s advice and can’t recommend using the same companies enough. The house is SO stocked with everything you could ever need - towels, coolers, bags, even frozen gel packs ready to put into the coolers. When we return to Placencia I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Thank you so much Bonnie for making our first visit unforgettable! 💜

Nina (and her family) were incredibly helpful and communicative. They arranged our transportation, took care of small things as needed, helped us book an awesome boat / snorkeling trip when we had a last-minute issue with our existing booking, etc. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs, and nicely located. We had a great time in Caye Caulker!

Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would. Comfortable home and matched the description & photos. Neal and Charmaine live downstairs with their wonderful & sweet dogs (a huge highlight for our son!) and both were fantastic about local recommendations. Neal even offered to take us on a private boat tour! We also frequented Charmaine’s cafe in town which serves great food, coffees, & desserts. Beds & furniture were comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Two thumbs up!

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

Michael war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre und es gab auch eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch die Zeit am Pool haben wir definitiv genossen. Außerdem hat uns Michael Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir die Insel wunderbar erkunden konnten. Alles in allem haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit in dieses Air Bnb auf Caye Caulker zu Michael wiederkommen.

A wonderful house. 4 couples stayed for 7 nights. The Water was the best I have ever been in any sea. Lots of sand and clean water very warm and shallow going out a long way in. Beautiful sunrise view everyday from the deck and garden . The only thing that bothered us was the Sand flies they were very nasty and everyone got bitten badly. Make sure you take anti itch lotions. Reimi looked after us with excellent service , and got out of her way to service us. . Malissa the owner was also excellent and responsive of our needs. The Gardener , Herman , was very helpful and got us good meals and fresh coconuts whenever we asked . Definitely recommend Mellisa’s home for your future vacation .

this place is amazing. We end up staying two extra days working with Janelle Torres made everything easy once I got there. Ellie was like a tour guide. when my cousin and I decided to go snorkeling, she set it up to where they came and picked us up at the house with the boat. I had a wonderful time staying there. The hospitality in the friendliness is impeccable. The island has so much to offer and me not knowing anything about the country or the place I was in working with Gineli and Eva made everything easy they made me feel safe. if you’re looking for a fun place to stay well equipped in furnished house and people who will take care of all your needs here it is. I am a super host and I was impressed.

Absolutely stunning home with a serene location! The home was spotless and better than pictured with beautiful views of the beach and ocean from every room. Albert and Francee were so kind and helpful they made us feel like we were in our own private resort. The owner provided great details and suggestions in advance of us arriving and Albert made sure to check in regularly during the week and give us lots of recommendations to ensure we made the most of our vacation while also making sure it felt like home; so much so that we were sad to leave. We’d recommend this location to everyone and can’t wait to return again in the future.

I cannot say enough how perfect this stay was. Great amenities, perfect distance from town for quiet and privacy, the beach is unbelievable, and the house is immaculate. Steven was so very helpful and responsive with the many questions I had and I'm very grateful for that, it really helped improve my stay and trip overall. The beds are very Firm and that is not for everyone, but also not uncommon for the area. We did not always have hot water but that zero bothered us since the weather is much hotter and more humid than we are used to...something to know, but it was not ever uncomfortably cold either. I cannot wait to return to Belize and would stay here again without hesitation, and want to bring my young child this time. Seriously cannot recommend staying at this house enough! Thank you, Steven!!!!

The villa was just what my family needed. It was out of the tourist area and relaxing. The house is equipped with most everything we needed. The place was just as advertised. Great time and a bottom floor bedroom for privacy for my dad. Kitchen is remarkable and beautiful!!
