This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Has all the features listed. Is in a good location. Minor issue is that the bathroom door is 6 feet high. If you are tall, remember to duck.

Sherilyn’s place was fantastic! We rented the extra apartment on the first floor and stayed with our 2 year old and 4 month old down there and 2 other couples upstairs. Great setup for parents to put kids to bed downstairs and make lots of noise upstairs without waking kids in apartment. We walked everywhere but roads require stable stroller. You can take a golf cart taxi any time also, Sharilyn provided a card on bulletin board. Pool has great shade for beginning and end of day and full sun mid-day. Also fantastic for kids. The couples we stayed with that didn’t have kids had an amazing time and so did we. Place is quiet at night and walkable to nightlife. I walked to the Split in 20 min. If taking a plane, airport is a few hundred yards down the road (though we never heard plan noise). WiFi is strong. Grocery store just down the road for some basics, but better ones in town. Overall definitely recommend her place! You’ll have a hard time leaving!

What a fantastic place! After spending 6 days on Caye Caulker, I can say that I wouldn’t want to stay on any other part of the Island. South Pointe is secluded and beautiful. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck was incredible for stargazing and viewing the wildlife. We saw a crocodile swimming in the nearby lagoon from the deck and soooo many beautiful birds. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I highly suggest a golf cart rental for this location, it will definitely make the trips to town more enjoyable. The bikes are great for exploring the area around the house but I wouldn’t want to rely solely on them for transportation. Don’t skimp on the bug spray folks! The windows do not have screens on them and you WILL need them open for airflow to keep cool at night. I’m so thankful that we chose this house for our stay. Linda and Joe were wonderful to work with and the caretaker Joshua was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

We just spent a week on Caye Caulker and stayed at the Coral Casa Airbnb rental. We had a great week and a good part of that is because we stayed in such a great place. The house was well equipped and clean. All of the supplies that are described in the offering, were there . We fixed breakfast most mornings, and enjoyed sitting on the front porch, welcoming the day. It is a bit of a walk from the house to the main part of town, probably 15 minutes, but on occasion, we would use the bikes that were available to cut the time down. The positive part of that distance is that you’re not in the extremely crowded Split area. 200 yards away from the house was a great street vendor who made delicious barbecue. We got that for dinner on more than one occasion. The property manager, Roberto, and the owner Dan, were very responsive when we contacted them.

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

Very thoughtful little place with much charm. We loved it very much. Sean was gracious enough to let us drop our bags off early before we set out for the day.

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was so, so quiet and tranquil. The pool was clean, refreshing and had the perfect amount of sun/shade. The Airbnb is equipped with a kitchen which was perfect for making home-cooked dinners and breakfasts if you want a break from eating out. Clean, tidy, hot water - would 100% recommend to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My sister stayed in the downstairs room and loved the outdoor shower. She felt it was private and rejuvenating. The home was very clean from top to bottom. Practically everything you need (from dishes to seasonings to beach towels) are present. The air conditioner also worked very well. We loved the outdoor space as well. The views from the roof are awesome (though the mosquitoes think so too, haha). The private beach (shared by the 2 homes and the hotel) is so chill. We also liked the hotel beach bar. We never used the pool or went to the restaurants. It took about 12-15 minutes to get down the dirt road, where there is a fruit stand and a few restaurants. It never felt too long or daunting and there are streetlights most of the way except right by the house and a little bend along the way. Eva was great. She was super responsive and gave excellent recommendations. A+! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if back in San Pedro.

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Lovely apartment with access to a nicely shaded pool. In a quiet part of town but everything is within easy access walking or by bikes provided for use. Excellent Airbnb!

Nice and easy stay in the middle of island surrounded by restaurants bars and grocery stores.everything walkable distance. host was very nice and let us leave our bags in the unit until we finished our day tour (even this was after check out time) many thanks

Very quiet, cute, and relaxing location. Loved that there were bikes available to use while we stayed and the pool right outside of our house. Would 100% choose this place to stay again!

Lloyd is such a friendly and welcoming host. Everything is quite easy when it comes to staying at his place. They also accept pets so my furry friends stayed too!

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben hier drie nachten verbleven en hebben er ontzettend van genoten. De airbnb komt 100% overeen met de foto’s. De ruimte is van alle gemakken voorzien en je loopt daarnaast direct van je veranda het zwembad in. Ook biedt de accomodaties twee fietsen, waarmee je zeer gemakkelijk het eiland kunt verkennen. Het ligt op ongeveer vijf minuten fietsen van de hoofdstraat in Caye Caulker. De host reageert erg snel en is bereid om je met alles te helpen. Ik beveel deze accommodatie zeker aan en mochten wij nog eens terugkeren naar Caye Caulker dan zullen wij deze airbnb zeker overwegen om opnieuw te boeken.

Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

Lloyd was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great place to eat the night we got there, brought us breakfast in the morning and took us to the airport.

We loved our stay here. It felt really homely. We stayed in the Purple house which had a big terrace with a hamock and space to dry our towels etc. Having a water dispensor was amazing and bikes to get around quickly in the heat. The pool was perfect for cooling off in with lots of shade. Eating out we recommend the Pelican Sunset bar for watching the sun go down and eating some great fish.

We used Tiana’s place to crash before we hit the airport in the morning. We used she’s taxi driver and everything was smooth. Couple decent places to eat nearby per Tiana’s recommendation. We LOVED Sahara Grill, which is Lebanese food and very reasonably priced. If you are used to resort life you may find that the neighborhood feels a bit rough, but it’s a typical Belizean community scene, with locals milling about and sort of a mixed housing scene also typical of the area. Little canal out back with decent birding actually! Sitting on the patio listening to Bob Marley drift through the neighbors windows. I loved the modern feel of the combo and the authenticity of the location. You can get downtown or to the water taxis easily (even though that wasn’t our angle this trip). And, we needed early check in and Tiana helped us do that for a small fee, which is fair. All in all, would recommend!

We had a nice stay. The hosts were very friendly. Bed was comfy, AC blew cold and they served a delicious breakfast. We felt safe and it was very close to Old Belize where we celebrated NYE. Great value for the money.
