Beautiful place, great pool and surroundings, close to Hula Bar.

Had a great time w/great weather. View was amazing & house in perfect location to ferry & store right there. Local people were so kind, friendly, & sweet. Bikes were a big plus & being so close to ferry. Loved riding bikes to KokoKing beach, Happy Lobster's breakfast, & dinners at El Bin. Enjoyed Esters, Sip & Dip, Namaste, Barefoot Caribe, Roy's, & Choc shop on south side. Vincent was very helpful & responsive. We went on a fishing trip w/Barefoot Fisherman & Wanderlust for snorkeling. Both fun & helpful, & had good times. Definitely worth the money.

We stayed at Terri’s place for 9 days in April. It is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. We went snorkeling twice, went on a Mayan ruin trip and explored Caye Caulker. We would say our trip was nearly perfect except for one thing. The Stinky sargassum seaweed. On our 2nd day the vile stuff floated in and covered the beach rotting in the sun and the water all the way out to the resorts barrier. We felt sorry for the workers tasked to clean it up because the smell is so intense. The island motto is “go slow” and that is how the clean up went. The resort needs to invest in a more effective way to clean up the sargassum before we would return.

Wendy was an awesome host. Very responsive to any of our needs that came up and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Rachel's Land is really nice! The location is excellent; it's really quiet, but it's only a 10-minute walk to reach the town with several amazing restaurants even closer. The staff is also really nice; check-in was really easy, and the housekeeper was incredibly sweet. The room is also comfortable, the air conditioner works well, and the hot water was reliable. Definitely recommended!

I needed a minute once we returned to be able to provide a thorough review. Prior to arrival, Jays communication was excellent. He coordinated a driver from the airport to our hotel for the night in Belize City and then another ride the following morning to get us to the water taxi that took us to Caye Caulker. Seamless. We arrived and were greeted with a free welcome drink & personal tour of our home for the week. It was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Right on the beach and right next to a pool and bar/restaurant! It was probably one of our favorite hang outs the whole week. The peacefulness couldn’t be beat!! We rented golf carts when we wanted to cross the split to the other side of the island which had more going on (loud music, restaurants, shops). Overall, loved Jays place. Loved Caye Caulker and can’t wait to go back!! PS. Take a walk or ride down to Bliss Beach!! Only 1 mile from the bnb!

An amazing Family-Friendly Stay in Belize Our recent family vacation in Belize was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming onsite reception team, who were always ready to assist us with booking a variety of activities. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, perfectly suited for families. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. We were able to book several exciting excursions through the reception, including snorkeling trips, jungle tours, and visits to ancient Mayan ruins. Each activity was well-organized and provided unforgettable experiences for our entire family. The onsite dining options were fantastic, offering a range of delicious local and international dishes that catered to both adults and children. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive,

This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. Pike and Hillary have gone way beyond any possible expectations! They are such kindhearted and warm people, part of a beautiful family. The location is perfect - walkable to go to the center, but far enough to be in peace, enjoying the beautiful garden and relaxing on a hammock while cuddling their beautiful dogs. They made available bikes free of charge to make the commute to the center even easier. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It has everything we need, and more: a comfortable bed, a fan, a functional kitchen with equipment such as a blender and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shampoo, conditional, and shower gel. They also made available bed sheets and towels (and beach towels). The WiFi connection is stable, and they made available to us some options for excursions and tours (although they were best placed to help finding the right options and discover this beautiful island). Don’t hesitate a second! Pike and Hillary are the best hosts.

Great stay! Vilma was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. The place was just as described, clean, and in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The AC had a small leak, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment with access to a nicely shaded pool. In a quiet part of town but everything is within easy access walking or by bikes provided for use. Excellent Airbnb!

Wonderful experience. Sherri and Jim were fantastic and their place was gorgeous. They made sure we knew where to go and what to do. The property is amazing. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. They accommodated our requests and helped coordinate and rental golf carts and helped set up our beach messages. We are looking forward to visiting again!

The staff at Blu Zen were absolutely amazing. They were always quick to respond to any questions, or assist with any needs. The place is better than the pictures - so clean with a beautiful view! Blu Zen has a shuttle to get to the mainland, and the staff will also help arrange transportation from the ferry to the airport. It is on the quiet side of the split, so a lovely place to stay if you want some space to recharge. They have golf carts and bikes, or you can explore on foot. The pools are beautiful, and the gym also has an ocean view!

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

We used Tiana’s place to crash before we hit the airport in the morning. We used she’s taxi driver and everything was smooth. Couple decent places to eat nearby per Tiana’s recommendation. We LOVED Sahara Grill, which is Lebanese food and very reasonably priced. If you are used to resort life you may find that the neighborhood feels a bit rough, but it’s a typical Belizean community scene, with locals milling about and sort of a mixed housing scene also typical of the area. Little canal out back with decent birding actually! Sitting on the patio listening to Bob Marley drift through the neighbors windows. I loved the modern feel of the combo and the authenticity of the location. You can get downtown or to the water taxis easily (even though that wasn’t our angle this trip). And, we needed early check in and Tiana helped us do that for a small fee, which is fair. All in all, would recommend!

Zenaidas place was very convenient to get to the airport from and everything in the city was close. I had no trouble getting in contact with her and the pool was very nice looking even though we didn’t swim.

This place was amazing! We had a full size apartment that was fully stocked! The manager met us when we got there with rum punch drinks. The apartment was so beautiful! Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Fully stocked with all essentials. The pool and beach and pier were so relaxing. There was kayaks and cornhole but we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

I enjoyed my stay

Love this property!! Only 4 units so it’s very private and has a beautiful pool. The onsite maintenance guy Hugo is amazing and will help you with any needs you might have. You can easily access the island by foot or with the bikes that are included with your stay. We loved the place and will definitely be back.

Frank is a wonderful host! He picked me up at the bus station, took me to a local pizzeria for me to get some takeout, and then showed me around all the local spots I can visit as I only had one day before leaving Belize City. He let me ride his bike around the city. On my day of departure, he dropped me off at the airport!

We stayed at one of Francis's Bay Blue Cottages and it was absolutely incredible. Francis was quite possible the best host we've ever had at any listing. He takes great pride in his property and it really shows. The property was pristine, private, quiet and a perfect piece of paradise. Francis was beyond friendly, very helpful with local recommendations and exactly what you want from your host. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back as soon as possible.

We liked everything about the Renaissance. The suite was spacious, rooms were cozy and stunning view from the outside balcony. The hotel was very secure and safe environment.

Hilda is great! Her place is great! The location is quiet and private, yet in two minutes your in Downtown Cay Calker! Butttt, her grandchildren making ice cream cones for me and my brother took this over the top! Highly recommend!
