My partner, our dog, and I spent three days and two nights here. It was a very cozy and comfortable home. There is a private beach just a short 5 minute walk away. This is the real selling point. We had an entire coastline and, what seemed like, Lake Huron all to ourselves. It was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time. Ps. All the neighbours we met in the area were all super nice and welcoming.

Located at the back of a farm was this little paradise in the country. A small cabin nestled next to a pasture with cows saying hello. The overnight stay here was exactly what we needed. Relaxing and calm getaway in the countryside without the need for electronics or cell phones. Definitely recommend staying at this little spot. You won't regret it . PS. We loved getting to meet Shooter as well! :)

Great cabin with a comfortable main space, lots of room, beautiful property and spa. We were a group of 5 women who loved our mini vacation at Kat and Matt's cabin. Rustic feel but all the amenities. Great neighbourhood to walk around and the property was really pretty. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top notch. The pullout twin was relatively comfortable but bright since it's right above the main room on the upper loft area, so there is no privacy up there if this a concern for an additional guest. Probably more suited for 4 guests than 5. The robes and towels provided were a nice touch! The sauna was wonderful. We will be back next year if it's still listed! Thank you!

What a wonderful weekend getaway! Could not have asked for a more perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend some peaceful time in nature. Elizabeth and her husband Scott were wonderful friendly hosts, they made us feel right and home and had great stories to share about the area and their beautiful property. The bunk house was the perfect spot along the river nestled in the cedar forest. Enjoyed the trails, the canoe and the fire pit views. Great trip into Goderich where we checked out some antique shops and local stores. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we hope to see you again!

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

The Yellow Door Farm was as peaceful as it gets! Anne really has done an absolute amazing job at making the farmhouse cozy and provides a space that feels like home. We loved how well stocked everything was. Really enjoyed the chickens in the yard , the fresh eggs and the kittens! For a couple days we all felt like family. There’s really nothing like the farmhouse in the sense of you just feel so at home. We are so lucky to have spent the time to make the memories we did there.
