this place is perfect for those who need easy access to busy sudirman area. walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and MRT station. the apartment is clean & comfortable. i will definitely come back for another stay. thank you Yona for being great host! 🤗🤗

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

We enjoyed our 2 days there 25-27 of March 2025. Good location , easy to get to the shoping centres and restaurants. The host Wiwi was so helpful , responsive and communicative. I will stay there again

Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.

Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Lokasinya juga cukup strategis, dekat dengan pintu tol. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik villa sangat baik dan ramah. Mereka sangat membantu dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kami. kebetulan kami meminta untuk early check in, dan tuan rumah menyanggupi dan membantu kami. Fasilitas yang disediakan juga sangat lengkap, ruang tamu, kamar, hingga dapur yang lengkap. Kami sangat menikmati waktu kami di villa ini. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Villa Serasa di Beji kepada siapa saja yang mencari tempat menginap yang nyaman dan indah. Really flexible check in, cozy place, connected with Aeon Mall, although we're facing a problem, but Christian team manage it with responsibility, especially Ka Asyer. Definitely will back. Thank you.
