The location would have been difficult to find so Johann met us in Parrita and we were able to follow him, so arrival at the right location was uneventful. We found Johann and Elke to be great hosts as they respected our privacy yet were always available anytime we wanted to contact them. They were more than willing to answer any questions, provide us with everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the sofa upon arrival was broken and once Johann was informed he went out the following day and purchased a new one for us as well as providing us with a brand new microwave. The pool was great, scenery was awesome. We found it to be a peaceful, relaxing surrounding.

Rosalia is an excepcional host, super helpful, friendly and with great communication. The house is super comfortable and looks like brand new with everything working super well and super clean. I loved that the kitchen/living room is connected with the bbq/pool, so the family can be all together. Only 5min by car from Hermosa beach and located in a beautiful gated community. I’ll be back with my family for sure!

Great home with all amenities. Backyard was very beautiful and well maintained. Keyna was very responsible and helpful. Ryan also responded with all the queries and took good care of us.

This was such a nice experience. Juan was beyond responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is so nice to walk! Many birds and animals to see whether walking on the roads or the trails. Restaurants are a quick drive and there are many things to do close by - we hiked Rainmaker which I highly recommend. Juan owns a restaurant that we ate at 4 times in 4 days. Fresh and delicious and right on the beach. The guys in our family went fishing and 2 of the nights we brought the fish in and the chef made incredible meals for us. Our last night was a Saturday and there are surfing competitions in front of Juan’s restaurant every Saturday. He went out of his way to get us a table with the perfect view of the sunset and surfers. The home is so clean and the setup was perfect for us. We had 2 couples and 2 boys. The 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom each and access to the pool from each room was great. The pool was perfect! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Juan!!

William fue un buen anfitrión, las instrucciones de check-in y check-out fueron claras. El lugar es cómodo, seguro, bonito y privado, la piscina privada es muy bonita y es un lugar desde el cual es fácil y rápido movilizarse a las playas y restaurantes.

Nos encantó el lugar, el alojamiento fue mejor de lo que esperábamos. Excelente ubicación, mucha vegetación. Amplio espacio y privacidad. La piscina espectacular. La atención por parte de Juan Carlos y Norlan excelente. Esperamos volver pronto.

perfect location for a getaway, incredibly private, full of nature, fully equipped, 15min away of restaurants and super markets. Has 4 bed and plenty of space. this is the 2nd time I stayed here and won't be the last.

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

We were greeted by David and Penelope upon arrival with a warm welcome. We stayed on the ground level in the 2 bedroom suite with our own kitchenette however we received two wonderful meals per day with request. Our hosts were wonderful, informative, and accommodating arranging for a monkey tour through the Mangroves by boat and informed us of the tortuga release just down the beach from where we were staying so we could take the easy 5 minute walk to watch the release. Oh, speaking of the beach, it was amazing to have such an amazing expanse to walk wash day. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay with David and Penelope. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

El lugar fue muy bonito, seguro, limpio y tranquilo. Excelente lugar para vacacional con la familia. Además había un excelente clima y las personas muy atentas y amables. Lo felicito. Con gusto volveríamos.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host and melissa were very friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process super easy. I appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel welcoming. Everything I needed was provided, and I had no issues at all during my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful condo, loved the terrace and the view. Definitely when visiting will come back!

We really enjoyed this beautiful house in the jungle. The hosts were responsive and Ramin was a pleasure to talk to! He helped us out with lots of suggestions and recommendations. We paid for the sauna, ice bath, and mudbath, which were worth it! Tips if you intend to stay here: - Before coming up, make sure to pack food/groceries/cooking supplies to bring back to the place. It's a fairly long windy road getting back and down from the place to the main town, so sometimes you may not want to do the drive to get food - Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise or are a light sleeper. The bird/cicada/windchime noises can get loud - The sun rises early and sets early. There are no blackout curtains (for good reason!), so bring a sleeping eye mask if you are sensitive to light. Since it gets dark really quickly and it's a quiet zone here, you're expected to sleep quite early! - Be prepared to download offline maps and maybe even your own portable battery charger in case service cuts out

El lugar está hermoso,muy tranquilo y lejos de los ruidos de la ciudad. Todo muy limpio y el dueño respondía rápido cualquier duda.... en definitiva pienso volver

Un hospedaje muy bonito y privado. El lugar estaba muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila. Perfecto para salir de la rutina.

Un lugar lleno de mucha paz con zonas verdes muy hermosas. Disfrutamos bastante de la terraza. Pudimos observar muchas aves, entre esas colibrís. Toda la cocina esta debidamente equipada. La higiene y presentación es impecable. Totalmente recomendado para alguien que quiere salir de la ciudad y tomar un descanso.

Wish we could have stayed longer but we truly just were there overnight and had to leave first thing in the morning due to travel plans. But Isabel was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Her place is as described, which was perfect for us, and is within a stone's throw from her restaurant which would have been nice for a trip when we were there longer. The kids enjoyed the geese that greeted us when we got there, and would have liked walking around the creek area had we had more time. Great spot to access Rainmaker Park in particular.

Très bel endroit pour se reposer et se dépayser. Près de la plage Hermosa qui est magnifique. Callista est très généreuse et a été très réactive à nos demandes. Merci!! Nous recommandons ce petit coin de paradis.
