A welcome pack is provided including fresh milk, tea and coffee. The coach house is perfectly located for nearby amenities - with the option of two charming pubs serving food just minutes away. The centre of town is a short stroll away providing easy access to other local shops and restaurants. The Coach House provides a completely private space for guests away from the main house via a private entrance on the main driveway. Guests will be provided with a key code so they can come and go as they please.

In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. Icknield Way and the Chiltern Cycleway can be accessed adjacent to Pirton Court.

We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!
