Modern Home w/ Great Amenties

This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

Retreat to a Boho Chic Guesthouse in a Leafy Family Suburb

Get comfy swaying in the macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in the bright kitchen and snuggle up on a cozy banquette. This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

This is a great home for a family to come together and stay. This neighborhood is family-friendly and very quiet. We are close to Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, outlet shopping, and the Western & Southern Open. There are two bedrooms that can be accessed without steps for anyone in your party who may need one-level living. However, there are three additional bedrooms in the basement that would require access via steps. Please reach out with any questions as we are happy to assist you.

Priscilla’s Place is in West Chester & is close to Liberty Twp, Mason, Cincinnati & Dayton. Perfect for guests visiting Kings Island or attending Western Southern Open Tennis Tournament. With close proximity to hospitals, GE and P&G as well as parks, shopping and dining. She offers 1800 sq ft w/ 3 bedrooms, 1 bath w/ dual sinks & tub/shower combo, family room, eat-in kitchen, laundry, 2 work spaces & bonus rm. Plus a large private back yard and deck. Enough space for the entire family.

Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
