Lori’s beautiful beach escape was just perfect for our baseball family needs. The house was exactly as described with plenty of space to sleep, lounge, eat and hang out. The area was nice and quiet with all the essentials that any beach goer would need. Lori was always quick to respond to any question I had and super helpful! I would definitely recommend Lori’s place to future guests!

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

My wife and I spent our Easter vacation at Penny's Oceanfront Oasis. It was our first time in Emerald Isle and we had a great time. Penny's beachfront home was amazing. It has great views of the ocean from the living/kitchen area and both bedrooms. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for a great vacation. The master bathroom has a great soaking tub that my wife loved. Each morning before we went to the beach, we could see the dolphins swimming right from the bedroom windows. Also having the beach in your backyard was a dream come true. Thanks Penny for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Don’t even think twice, just book it. It’s absolutely worth it and will exceed your expectations. Extremely beautiful house, location and property. Will Definitely try to snag this place again next year!!

I have stayed at this location three times. it has been very clean. Towels and washcloths are available also beach chairs and wraps. My one suggestion I think the AC should be manually operated within the house. I could not get it below 70. It was very hot. It was a perfect location, walking distance to many things.

If you’re looking for a great location with a walking distance to the beach, this is it. We were visiting for the North Carolina Seafood Festival and ended up skipping a large chunk of it because we enjoyed the area near us more. Pros: plenty of stores close by to grab last minute items for the beach (sandals, sunglasses, and bathing suits), not crowded during the first week of October (beginning of off season but better than staying right in Morehead City) enough room for multiple guests Short driving distance to the aquarium, Fort Macon, grocery stores, nail salons etc Very safe - police and fire station are a block away as well If you end up staying here definitely make sure to go to Shark Shack (very walkable), Table 9, Bahia (also very walkable), Mug Shot, and Beaufort, which is a short drive away and has so many cute shops and restaurants on the waterfront.

Overall a great home to stay at, I would come back, the ocean front aspect can’t be beat, beautiful view to wake up to everyday, a lovely home

This house was exactly what my family was looking for for our holiday family gathering. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to make meals, the game room and hot tub were a hit with children and adults alike, and most importantly, the host’s communication was prompt and professional. She was able to help us with an elevator reset before our grandmother came over for dinner which was a bonus in service excellence. Thank you for hosting our family!

The house was exactly as described. The only problem I had was communicating with Betsy via text. She was very curt and it was totally not called for in a relationship with a question about check in.

Jeff and Julie’s home was perfect for our family beach trip! The heated pool was clean and the grounds felt private from nearby homes. Jeff and Julie were friendly, accommodating, and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again :)

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

What a peaceful retreat this home is! With the sound out the back & a short walk to the beach, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac this home, with its unique architecture, is a perfect blend of feeling a bit remote without being isolated. We love this area. The beach is an easy walk. So close to Publix, restaurants and other things to do. Parking available, daiquiri shop, bottle shop and pizza place make this the perfect beach rental!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

Our trip to Harker's Hideaway was very peaceful and relaxing. The private dock and beach was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a place to unplug and just rest, this is a prime location. The island is small and it's not a bustling community but that's not what we went there for. It is a beautiful place amazing sunsets and if you want other things to do they're all within driving distance. (short) We hope to be able to return.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

The place was excellent. It was PRISTINE, like basically sparkling clean. We had a large group of 8 and were very comfortable the whole time. I've been to a lot of Airbnb rentals, and this one is top tier! The private beach access alone is an EXCELLENT perk, but the house is really great. If I were forced to find a negative, we did get a bit pressed on space for our trash and got low on paper towels and TP. But again, we had a big group so that's hard to keep up with. Also 2 coffee machines, but no included coffee like most Airbnbs. Overall, I can try to knitpick but it was a FANTASTIC stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You found your rental, go ahead and book it!

Charming house located in a quiet private spot, a few steps from the beach. Ideal place for a family vacation. Host was very responsive. Everything was clean. Fully stocked. Basically everything was perfect and exactly as in the description.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!
