We only had one night booked here, but wish it were longer! The basement was set up so perfectly, felt homey and very peaceful. Jennie had freshly baked cookies waiting for us along with a personalized sign! The theatre room was ready to use and Jennie had a massive variety of snacks available. The option to add in a home-cooked breakfast was so thoughtful (and I wish we had taken her up on the offer). The beds were great, not hard but not too soft. Everything was so incredibly thought out and we had a wonderful time!

This over-garage apartment looked and felt brand new, with thoughtful and high-end touches everywhere. The host responded almost instantly to our questions. It doesn’t get better than this!

Elena put the "super" in super host! She was communicative, friendly, helpful and flexible. The apartment was well stocked, perfectly located for my needs and had all the amenities of home. Highly recommended!

Deanna’s place was perfect!! It was easy to find and it felt spacious, warm and inviting. She also has all the light switches labeled, which was a huge help. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and smells so fresh!! We made breakfast there and had all the cooking equipment we needed. Let’s talk about the beds though, they were like sleeping on clouds!! My husband’s shoulders usually ache when he sleeps, but they didn’t on this trip!! Most comfy bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom tile floors were also heated, so your feet didn’t freeze when you got out of the shower or while you were getting ready for the day!! Her neighborhood was quiet with beautiful landscaping everywhere!! My daughter and her husband stayed with us and they drive a full sized pickup truck, but had no problems parking it with the space available. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Logan.

I stayed at Kyles’s place, it was a great experience. Everything was great. If one day I come back, I’ll like to be at his place.

Great location with everything you could need! Supremely stocked kitchen. Beautiful space that is massive & holds many people comfortably. Huge towel supply. Loved this house for our friend gathering. We had slight difficulty getting into the house & messaged Amber and she responded immediately & resolved the issue.

This is our second time staying here as an extended family. Things we love: -The main kitchen/living area has the under-the-stairs space for the toddlers to play, so they're right nearby as adults are chatting. -The upstairs lounge/bunkroom is a separate space with a closing door for the older kids to be as noisy as they'd like together. The cousins love the bunkroom in the lounge. -Lots of thoughtful amenities for young families--high chair, games, toys. I think they might have had a portacrib too, but we'd all brought ours. -The size of the kitchen. Lots of space to prepare and serve food. -Kitchen seating. This is a pain point for a lot of other airbnb listings, but this one hits the mark. -The hot tub. -The empty garage! So nice to be able to pull two vehicles into the garage. Also nice to have space to hang up snow clothes in both the garage and the laundry room/mudroom. -Lots of beds. So many bunks! -An easy walk to the Bear Lake docks. We love this place. We'll be back!

We had a great time! It is built for large groups, which was so fun for our large family! Very clean. A lot of beach towels available. Host was super easy to contact and we had no issues whatsoever.

I had a great stay here in Garden City! The location is perfect for visiting Bear Lake, and renting by the room makes it super affordable. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The place was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The resort was so nice and cozy feeling. Loved the communal spaces to play games, meet other travelers, or share a meal as a family. Other reviews were mixed on temperature, but we had no issues. GREAT location — an undisturbed view of the lake and a bike path accessible from the entrance. Only a few minutes to all the things you want/need and a short drive up to North Beach. We found it to be perfectly kid-friendly, too (we traveled with three under 5yrs). The staff were helpful and warm. Looking forward to future return trips!

We needed a last minute booking for the two of us, and this was perfect. Easy to check in and had good amenities. Secluded area really close to downtown Garden City, walking distance to the grocery store and gas station in case you need anything. Only complaint was the WiFi was constantly in and out, might not be the greatest for WFH but if you're vacationing like us then it's no big deal!

We absolutely love staying in these condos when we come to Bear Lake. This past weekend was no exception! Pat’s condo is extremely comfortable and liveable. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed quite a bit of time on the water both wave running and kayaking. We gained some weight eating delicious shakes and food from the local restaurants (you all have to check out Bear Trapper for breakfast and Merlin’s burger joint for dinner), watched movies from Pat’s comfortable living room and had all we needed in the kitchen. We will for sure hope to stay there again next time we are looking for lodging in Bear Lake! Thank you Pat!

We went snowboarding at Beaver Mt for the weekend. Last minute we decided to stay in Garden City. Pat was very responsive to our last minute booking and we were able to checkin at 3:00 pm. The place was everything we needed for the evening. The bed was very comfortable!

The room was a bit small for the 4 of us but very comfortable. It was pretty warm so asked if the air conditioner could be turned on and got a prompt response and the AC was turned on. The shared amenities were so nice. We enjoyed playing ping pong and really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. A beautiful place! Thank you!

Patrick, one of the employees (is this the same Pat who's host?), was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us ice, answer questions, work on the TV, etc. He provided A-1 customer service. Had a great view of Bear Lake and the pool was wonderful and so clean.

It was a great place to stay for a long weekend. It’s a good location close to restaurants, the grocery store, and the marina, with a nice view of Bear Lake. The condo was clean and comfortable—my college age kids said the sofa bed and Murphy bed were reasonably comfortable too. The pool and tennis courts were also nice to have so close.
