The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
