The place was an unexpected gem. Short distance to all the landmarks. We felt safe and welcome in Fatih neighborhood of Istanbul. We knew that apartment will be small when reserved it. However the furniture was organised the best way and we never felt cramped. The apartment had everything for comfortable stay:tv with streaming equipment, kitchenette, washer, drying rack, vacuum, extra linen, comfortable sleeping arrangements (3 beds and 2 sofas). Our group had 4 grown women and 1 child and we fit in nicely. Akin was a very responsive and informative host. We will definitely have Akin in mind next time planning a trip to Istanbul.

Les photos de l'appartement sont en lien avec la réalité ; pas luxueux mais propre, fonctionnel, idéal pour 5 personnes, (pour 7 personnes, c'est vraiment trop juste) et les literies sont de qualités - donc pas de surprise pour nous, c'est pour cela que nous mettons 5*. Par contre, l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier sont un peu vieillissants. L'appartement est silencieux, pourtant juste à coté d'une grande avenue, ou ce trouve le tram, du coup le centre ville historique est juste à 10 mn, c'est très pratique !

I stayed at Akin's house for five days with my family. It was really good. It is in front of the tram station and 5 minutes away from the metro station. It is easy for both my old parents to access. I did not suffer to take them to far destinations. The house was clean, but it was not enough for the five of us. Overall, I give it 5 stars for the hospitality and the service. Thank you, Akin.

We were in Istanbul with my family for an occasion and Akin's place was perfect for that. The location is great, very close to Yenikapi central station, which makes commute around Istanbul easy. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and also other facilities such as supermarkets. Everything is in walkable distance. The apartment itself was very clean! Very convenient and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The wifi was fast and the kitchen is convenient for cooking at home! This place is a very strong recommendation from me if you wish to spend your time in a convenient location in Istanbul with all the comforts of being "at home". Check-in and Check-out was very convenient. Akin communicates excellently and gives all instructions in details. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Cosy place, very configurable, always a person at the reception ready to help you, i was really pleased how everything gone, that’s my first stay in Turkey and was a hit from the start! In comparison with Paris and his extremities that’s gold! I had questions about the app in my phone for digital lock that my app didn’t work so the host was kind to give me a key, i had questions about reaching the gym wich is on -1 not the second floor, this host send a person to give me the card for access. And i saw that someone says something about the mold on the shower but i think that’s because some guest may shut the doors from shower and bathroom and there’s the mold guys. You should always after shower leave the door open and turn on ventilation to evacuate the steam from it.Very responsive host big like👌?

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Çok güzel ve sorunsuz giriş çıkışı var ayrıca konum mükemmel kapalı garajlı olması istanbul trafiği açısından son derece cazip
