Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
