This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. Cotuit Room Quaint but everything you need our rentals our attached to the Portside Tavern in Hyannis. Conveniently located in downtown, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer! The bars, restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away, one is literally attached to the building! The ferries and the beach are not much further than that. Our spaces here are named after the seven villages in Barnstable and offer self-check in and out and more privacy than a hotel.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog.
