Great week at Travis’ flat. Beautiful view up in the hills of Sunset Villas. The wifi was reliable at 75 mbps and I worked here with no issues. Even when the electricity cut a couple times, the wifi kept working off solar, which was neat. Host helps to coordinate airport pickups which is nice. Only thing is you definitely need a car or scooter - I mistakenly thought I could walk to West End from here but definitely not! But it was worth it for the views. I would come back for sure.

Nice place, everything was as described. Only downside was the noise on the road from quads and motorbikes throughout the night

We moved to this airbnb during our honeymoon after being disappointed with our previous accommodation. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!!! The location was quiet, beautiful and just far away enough from town to enjoy peace but also convenience. The bed was phenomenal. Very cozy! Cliff, the property manager, exceeded our expectations and was so hospitable. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Such a nice and beautiful place, very different from the usual. Beds were great, comfy and clean. Tempy is a great host!

Clean, comfortable, located across the street from the beach and walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants. And it’s gonna get even better: he’s adding a pool 😃

I stayed w my mother and my two boys and we had a great time. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us to arrange a tour and answer all our questions regarding our needs. The beach is so near by and it is beautiful that you won’t want to leave.

A great place to stay in Utila! Literally a 4 minute walk from the ferry so you don’t need a tuk-tuk. There is one small flight of stairs to get to the room, but it was not bad at all. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom shower was hot and had great pressure. The bed was very comfy as well. What stood out to me was Ms. Letty though, aka the property manager. What an incredible human being. I had gotten a stomach virus while in Roatan and it stayed with me in Utila unfortunately. However, Ms. letty checked in on me, brought me ginger ale ad a lemon shot with salt to help stabilize my stomach. She even offered to go to the pharmacy to pick up stronger medication for me. That was so sweet and kind of her. I am looking forward to returning and seeing Ms. Letty again 🧡
